I found Jay to be very personable & knowledgable and reasonable with his pricing. He squeezed us in for the same week! They came on Thursday and completed the work within 4 hours, we were thrilled. Single or double? Go ahead and answer so someone that does know what they're doing can respond? You want to make restitution? You could have came over anytime and done so. You didn't.
