It's the night before the party and Cosmic Chris texts me at 10pm to go over details??? WHAT?!?! I'm in bed after 3 long days of cleaning and prepping for said party!! The texts got pretty ugly with Cosmic Chris dictating to me what time he'd be AT MY HOME instead of what time I paid him to show up. I'm beyond furious and now don't know if this company will even show up, what type of attitude I'll have to deal with or how my granddaughter will be treated. I've already reached out to the lady I booked with...so hoping this won't be an issue...but I'm just flabbergasted at how this even got here with Cosmic Chris!!!

The booking process was seamless, I filled out the online form and had a confirmation within 1-2 days. Our Mad Scientist, Jordan (Plazma Petey), contacted me the day before to nail down the final logistics, which really put my mind at ease. On the day of the party, he arrived 30 minutes early to set up and was ready to go right on time. I have never seen a group of 1st grade boys so captivated! Jordan was high energy, charismatic, and had them laughing, shouting out answers, and asking great questions the entire time. Even the parents were leaning in and enjoying the show. To top it off, the kids got to make magic dough to take home. I had so many parents ask where I found them because they were so impressed. Highly recommend Mad Science and specifically Jordan!

No time limit and I like the tray they give. Easy to turn and paint. I also like the squeeze paint bottles that's helpful when doing fine lines. I brought my friend here for her birthday and we just spent 3 hours painting, listening to music and chatting. We visited on a Sunday and it was quiet/peaceful, not too crowded. I honestly cannot believe I had never heard of this place before, especially living here in Fremont. The studio is adorable, clean, and very well set up for kids' activities and parties. They offer a lot of fun options, and for our party we chose pottery and slime, which was a huge hit. The full 3 hours went incredibly smoothly. We had a private room for the kids to do their activities, enjoy pizza, and have cake, and everything felt easy and well organized from start to finish. The staff was wonderful and made the whole experience feel seamless. We will definitely be back with our kids.

Remember those days in the playground and their climbing structures? Well, as an adult, The Peak is the place to reignite that hobby and enjoy the sport with a rich community of professionals and enthusiasts. This huge facility is shared among The Peak's climbing structures, an indoor volleyball court, a casual restaurant, and a small arcade. There aren't many parking spots up front but around the back of the building, you'll see plentiful spots. Once you enter the building, head to the left through the glass doors where you'll see the many climbing walls speckled with multiple colored protrusions. The pricing is transparent and it's all available upfront. They do have day passes, multi-visit passes as well as memberships that will waive your entrance fee. In addition to the entrance fee, you may also be required to pay for the harness and shoe rentals (members get a discounted price). They also have chalk for the more advanced climbers. If it's your first time, consider completing the waiver online ahead of time. You may be asked to go through a quick orientation regarding the use of their auto-belay system, however if you already know how to belay traditionally, they may ask you to go through additional training just to be sure. Each wall seemed to feature a variety of colors to distinguish the different difficulty levels for more advanced climbers. Aside from the walls, they also have a huge structure designed for bouldering with a thick padded floor underneath. The boulder and auto-belay walls seemed the most popular but it didn't seem there was much waiting given the ample space in the facility. There was certainly enough climbing space for everyone. As a novice, the activity was fun and tiring; there's definitely a balance between technique and strength! Despite having entry for the whole day, we definitely were tired out within an hour of constant climbing and by hour two, it was just about time to leave and refuel. Fortunately, the location of this space is quite convenient due to having a restaurant right on site as well as its proximity to the highway and other eateries just a few minutes away. The staff were friendly and informative. Besides the initial onboarding, there wasn't much interaction with them. They seem to keep things organized, cleaned and well-maintained. Overall, The Peak does a fantastic job introducing the sport of climbing to the local community and providing a clean and safe environment for newbies and experts alike. The price is reasonable for an all day activity and even more so if you become a member. For kids, they also have camps to build a new passion and train them up as climbers. For the more serious climbers, you may want to consider investing in the equipment to further save on the rentals. If this is a new challenge for you, take the opportunity to get in on this sport! The Peak makes it relatively easy to pick this up and continue leveling up with each visit!

This community center has an indoor water park, fitness center, and aquatic program offerings for people of all ages. Our visit primarily surrounded the 32,000 sq ft water center. This water center consists of a lap pool, a kiddy activity pool, a 15 person jacuzzi, and a lazy river. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi and lazy river was closed during out visit this past weekend. Fees are required for each person entering the pool area- regardless of whether they decide to swim or not. Bathing suits are required to enter the pool with the exception of a t-shirt worn over a swimsuit. No outside food or drinks, aside from bottled water, is allowed. With that said, food|snack offerings through Ollie's Poolside Cafe. The menu consists of hot dogs, chicken nuggets, tater tots, fries, nachos, and soft serve. Seating is first come first serve but there is plenty to go around. My sister was kind enough to plan for a group cabana space for an additional fee which is highly recommended on busier days where seating could be scarce. Highlights of choosing Silliman: *The facility is super clean *Showers and changing rooms are spacious *Parking is free *Admission is affordable *Water is heated *Events & Parties Reservations accepted 5/5 stars. Our school has been bringing our 5th-grade students to Sky Zone for our end-of-the-year field trip…read morefor the past several years. The facility itself is large, parking is easy, and there are plenty of attractions that keep students entertained. The kids especially enjoyed the variety of jumping areas, the small arcade, and the snack shop. Unfortunately, this year's experience was filled with several organizational issues. We were told we could enter at 9:00 AM, but when we arrived, the facility was still closed. Standing outside with 45 excited students waiting to get in and another bus on the way was not an ideal way to start the day. Prior to our visit, we submitted student names, birthdays, and waiver numbers in advance to help streamline the check-in process. However, none of that information appeared to be utilized, and check-in ended up being long and exhausting for both students and staff. There was only one employee handling the entire check-in process, which created significant delays. We had also prepaid for a package that included unlimited pizza, drinks, chicken, and fries. It quickly became apparent that the facility was not prepared for our group's arrival. Food service was slow, and overall operations felt disorganized throughout the visit. The students were disappointed that the photo booth was out of service and that the rock wall was not fully functioning. To their credit, they still made the most of the activities that were available and had a good time together. One of the most confusing parts of the experience occurred at the end of our visit. Our group had already paid in full prior to arriving, yet we were asked for a final payment before leaving. This created unnecessary confusion and did not inspire confidence in the organization's record-keeping. While the facility itself offers a fun experience for students, the management and organization continue to be a concern. Since this has been an annual trip for our school, I would expect the process to become smoother and more efficient each year. Instead, many of the same logistical issues seem to persist. The kids still had fun, but the experience for the adults coordinating the trip was far more stressful than it needed to be.
