My son absolutely loves going to Code Ninjas. Paul is great, and everybody is so enthusiastic and encouraging with the kids.

Online ticket reservation was easy, paying for just the child's ticket while adults are free (phew). Reading previous reviews, it seems they gave out their own grippy socks at one point, but I came prepared with my son having his own which was fine per the front desk. The interior is well thought out and planned for kids to go around exploring: 2 indoor climbing structures, 2 excavator pits (literally the most unique attraction that we never had ourselves growing up), a small child/ young toddler area, and pretend play police/fire station, movie theater and 3 ride-on animals. There's ample comfy seating for adults to lounge, because we all need to dissociate from our kids at times. Overall the environment was clean, nothing looked too worn down outside expectations, and all the staff were friendly. If you plan on spending 2+ hours here, the young ones will get hungry, which leaves you at the mercy of having to pay on-site inflation for snacks or a bulkier meal; at least the options are relatively "healthier" for kids, but you should lower expectations for yourself. Personally I could've made that $8 cup of mac and cheese better... all while avoiding a curdled cheese sauce. I'd like to think $25 admission for a weekday AM was sufficient to give my 4yo the space he needed, but crowds can still build up by mid-AM; I don't foresee smaller toddlers doing well if you are worried about the bigger kids possibly trampling over them. Heads up, just received an email that they're increasing prices and mandating their own $5 grippy socks, as I'm typing this near the end of March 2026 :(

The manager was incredibly kind, accommodating, and friendly. She was constantly moving from one area to another, helping wherever needed, all while maintaining a positive attitude and making everyone feel welcome. It's clear she has built a great team, and they all work together seamlessly to ensure everything runs smoothly. The check-in process was a little hectic due to a recent system upgrade, but once we were checked in, it was nonstop fun from start to finish. We're especially excited for the Lynnwood location to open soon since we live farther north and can't wait to check it out. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back. Great staff, great management, and so much fun to be had!

They have a small arcade area when you walk in. You can also pay to play with the steam tables in a different section. There are snacks and some bites of food sold inside. I didn't notice much people opting for it. I would def recommend bringing a water bottle in, they are $2.50 a bottle inside. There was free black coffee set out for parents, but I didn't see any creamer. Two restrooms inside that were big, nice and clean. The kids had fun jumping in the ball pit, foam pit, some trampoline. There is a fun beaded pit with some toys to play with. Great place to burn the kids energy for the day.

While I understand businesses may have rules regarding outside food, I was disappointed by the way the situation was handled. The staff member who spoke with me came across as rude and disrespectful. The explanation felt abrupt, and the interaction lacked the courtesy and customer service I would expect. My concern is not the policy itself, but the manner in which it was communicated. I hope management can provide additional customer service training to ensure guests are treated respectfully, even when enforcing policies.

The kids definitely have a great time every year & Pump It Up has a schedule for each reservation; the kids are introduced to the concept/safety/rules, led into one of the rooms where they get to play for about 30-40 minutes, then lead into a bigger room where they have other slides and additional activities to choose from (a 'high wind' simulation, photo booth), then lead upstairs to have food/cake with their friends. Those who work there are mostly high school kids doing the best they can & do just fine. Some of the cons is the parking is terrible; even when I was told by my family to come early to help set up & they have a few "reserved" spots up front, that can vary by the staff who aren't very kind about it even when it's discussed by the payor of the reservation & there is signage to park against the wall near an apartment building next door...or you have to park across the intersection about half a block near some other apartment complexes. So, basically the place is packed with large parties from morning to close so just keep in mind of this if you're planning to come out.
