He promptly provided a quote, he thoroughly answered our questions, and he was able to schedule the work soon after we confirmed we wished to move forward. We were out-of-state while the work was being completed, and Kevin took time each day to send us pictures of the progress so that we knew what was being done and how it was looking. When the job was completed, he shared a Dropbox folder of all of the before and after pictures along with a video he took walking around our home and pointing out everything they did.
