I approached Capstar Lending and specifically Cody as they had a lot of great reviews on every platform and I couldn't have been happier! Cody and Lauren were super responsive to all my requests, I spoke to Cody on a Thursday, he sent me a couple of estimates one for 20yr and one for a 30yr mortgage by Friday afternoon! We first were thinking of a 30yr only, but, he helped us get a great rate on a 20yr and educated us on the benefits of it versus the 30yr for our personal situation which was really appreciable. We locked on Friday late evening and Cody was responsive even at that moment and didn't hesitate to call or answer our questions. And the very next weekday, we got an email from Jason and his team and they had the process rolling for us. Although we ended up going with our builder's lender (due to a huge credit), Cody & Jason were so understanding and even offered to have our back in case the builder's lender did something funny with the APR and offered to standby until I was able to verify from the builder's LE that nothing was amiss.
