We have rats in the dryer due to their being no vent covers in the house (per the person they sent) now they say it's our issue. We went 3 weeks without laundry because the electrical panel was rusted and the breaker caused the whole house to lose power multiple times. It takes weeks to get updated, if you get any at all. Never rent a property with them, you'll be living with leaks, mold and rats . They also sent the most unqualified people to try and fix things.

Keeping good tenants happy while still looking out for the property is a hard balance, and she strikes it well. Maintenance has been the same. Unfortunately the tenants I signed with paid very late and eventually didn't pay at all. I reached out to Esmeralda not knowing if she would help us because she didn't place the tenants. Not only did she help us, she immediately stepped in to manage all communication with the tenants going forward and even handled all the details of the eviction process. It's just so difficult to put into words what a relief it is to have her on our side.
