The food is always yummy but I'm usually here for the exceptional customer service and interesting people i meet, they didn't disappoint. Chatted with Ben today, super friendly even had some chapstick made on the farm for me to try! It's super nice so make sure you grab one when you pay. An enchanting little restaurant is apparently known for its sandwiches and deserts. Interesting and home cabin style décor, we received a warm welcome when we arrived and were taken to our table. A couple of minutes after being seated. We waited no time for our server to take our order and had hot coffee within a minute or two. The service was friendly and efficient. The food didn't take long and was superb! The breakfast sandwich was excellent. The bread was made in house, the bacon was divine, and the home-made blueberry muffin was fresh and warm. It was a great experience and live in the Fraser Valley, we have since learned there is a Yellow Deli in Chilliwack.

It is hopping on a Monday evening. Let me first say the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and prompt. We started with some appetizers the calamari and the mussels. Both was delicious. It is rare to find calamari that isn't over cooked and this was cooked perfectly to tender, lightly breaded and served with a fabulous taziki sauce. The mussels served with toast points in a lemon wine sauce was excellent. I order the seafood linguini that had sockeye, clams, mussels, white fish and prawns in a lemon cream sauce that was all excellent. A huge portion that I took half home. My husband had the pork schnitzel special and upgraded to the risotto for his side instead of mashed potatoes. He also added a ceasar salad for us to share. It was wonderful!! We also tried the red and white sangria and wow it was awesome! It comes by the glass or 1/2 L or whole L. It was delicious! The only possible negative aspect is the limited hours of operation and that there is always a line up. But the line up is cause they are so good that hordes of people go and not cause of slow service. They also have great beverage selection both hot and cold. Their London Fog is in my top 5 and I consider myself a London Fog addict. I am glad I do not live near by cause I would end up being like 400lbs if I had easy access to it. So good. They use a lighter roast with some acidity which is my general preference (no burnt taste), and they make a very solid cappuccino. Baked goods are also quality and they do tasty sandwiches with fresh and seasonal ingredients. It's $15 for a sandwich, with 25% off for day-old sandwiches (which is such a great idea from a food sustainability perspective). Ambiance has a cool hipster vibe with big windows, lots of natural light, and wooden tables. It's a great place to get some work done or catch up with a friend. Service is always friendly and polite. They also have a gift shop with local artists' work to peruse. Great spot. I come here every time I'm in town.
