Great bagel sandwiches and coffee. Sammie's are piled high and tons of bagel flavors like sundried, jalapeño cheddar, etc. Coffee has tons of options like snickerdoodle in iced or decaf options. Bagel sammies are large and are not cut in half for some reason. They should do that. read more

I decided to try this place after it opened up and I was very impressed! I got a mocha latte with almond milk the first time i went and it was awesome; the espresso tasted fresh and wasn't burnt at all. They do carry almond milk which is a huge plus! I get their protein shakes for breakfast as well when I have the chance those are great as well! Staff is very friendly! Word to the wise: if you're getting a shake make sure to head inside. I tried to order one through the staff and was directed inside. No biggie at all, as the staff was polite when they told me. Can get busy, but worth the wait! It's my new regular stop! read more

I have always loved the Coffee Connection chains in RI so when I saw this opening I was so happy!!! Went in the 2nd day they opened and was so pleased! The place looks adorable, the employees were fantastic and so nice! I got a turtle coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel... amazing!!! So happy to have one in Mass now!! read more

The iced vanilla chai is my favorite drink ever! Tastes like a cinnamony rice pudding and it's amazing. The sandwiches are a bit too much for me (two eggs plus meat and cheese instead of one) and quite pricy, but if you're into a huge sandwich for breakfast then I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Love this place! Coffee is great but the Pitaya and Açaí bowls are amazing!! The salads at coffee connection are also phenomenal. I have never ordered anything that wasn't fresh and absolutely delicious. This coffee shop is a bustling local coffee shop. The ladies were super nice to me when I was indecisive on which coffee to order and were very helpful. I ordered the Candy Bar coffee and it was so good. The owner even stopped out to say hi to me and said hi and asked how I am. I even saw one of the girls confused as to why the screen was frozen and was worried and he was very nice to her and helped her fix it. A genuine manager is something we need more in the world. I am not one to write reviews, but this was genuinely disturbing. I went to the drive thru a few days ago and I am a loyal customer. I come in very frequently throughout the week, I USED to love their wraps until I witnessed extremely disturbing behavior. As I was paying this young girl, mind you all of these female employees look no older than 18 years old. I witnessed the only adult I'm assuming the owner/manager (Whom I thought to be a respectful man since I am there quite frequently, have spent a LOT of money there, and have talked to him on multiple occasions) SCREAMING at a young girl. All of them looked like I said no older than 18. I am pretty sure I heard him scream "what is ******* wrong with you" ?? Something above those lines. I was MORTIFIED, as I have a 16 year old daughter and I would DIE if I found out my own child was being treated like that at a COFFEE SHOP. I am in awe because I was genuinely startled when I heard it. I don't see any need to scream like that as if they are working at an army base or boot camp, when it is a coffee Connection for gods sake. Makes the shop have a VERY bad rep, I will be telling all my fellow New Englanders to NOT give this coffee Connection service. All of the girls who take my orders are VERY polite and friendly every single time and look NO OLDER than 18. That is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I will never be going back there because the experience made me that uncomfortable. You lost a loyal customer. Use better behavior next time. read more

Very solid- I have been to coffee connection a lot more than I thought I would have... considering I'm admittedly the type to forego a local place in lieu of the recognizable, cheap, fast food places. Something that is by f a r the easiest to do with coffee places considering the 5 dunkin donuts in my town. Perhaps it's because CC is often on my route to certain places and also very close to me... but I have been able to support this place quite a bit over the past few months and am pretty happy with it. Their bagels are great; I never really cared about bagels or cream cheese, but I almost always get one from here simply because they're so high quality and a great food. I also like the donuts here as well. The coffee itself is pretty good... definetly a bit better than an average dunkin coffee espcially a nice milky latte. I don't know if the slight higher price is worth it all the time; this place isn't too expensive but definetly a lil more of a cost. I feel Dunkin in general is definetly the more convenient option considering its pure abundance in the town qnd cheapness... but I was never yhe type to go out for coffee all the time anyway, so I gladly spend a lil more here occasionally. read more

just tried this today and i usually rate pretty hard on places. this place, wow. my family all loved their drinks. so. good. the place was extremely well staffed and worked quickly. they all looked happy and it really warmed the vibe. i noticed they had outlets for chargers and things, which would be great if i wanted to stay. the price was alright, we all got mediums at about 4.50. totally worth it!! i recommend :) read more

Maybe pay more attention to your customer instead of asking how Snapchat works...ordered an Italian sub with ONLY lettuce and pickle. Got no pickle but I did get gross onions and banana peppers. Coffee is good. Sandwiches were good, but I'm not sure what happened. I'm a big fan of the Thanksgiving wrap, and the first time I got it was great. The second time, they didn't close the bottom of the wrap, so cranberry is getting everywhere. This is a wrap, not a taco. Third time, again, bottom isn't closed and they put shredded carrots on it. Turkey + cranberry + stuffing = Thanksgiving sandwich/wrap. Who in the world puts carrots on that? read more

I typically love the coffee from here and have never had a bad experience, today on the other hand was different... after waiting 10+ mins in the drive thru, I ordered, and when I pulled up to the window I was asked if I got just an iced coffee, which I also ordered a protein shake. I clarified, she walked away to figure it out, came back and handed me the protein shake and said have a nice day, but never gave me the iced coffee that she knew I had originally ordered? She then handed me the closest one. I asked if it was the correct order And restated my order, she assured me it was. After driving away extremely frustrated, I take one sip, not my coffee. Complete waste of $12. I'm typically very understanding but it was extremely unorganized and chaotic and I'm disappointed. read more

I have always been a frequent customer here, but my last experience here was extremely disappointing. I ordered 4 bagels through the drive thru. As I left I checked the bag and noticed one bagel was missing. I decided to go inside and ask for the last bagel since it was not in the bag. I told one of the girls working that they forgot one of my bagels. This girl told one of the managers/owner (not positive of his position) that they needed to give me another bagel. The owner/manager slammed the microwave shut and gave the worker attitude. He then told me that there was never another bagel in the order. I told him there was. He proceeded to give me attitude. I decided to leave and told him I would go somewhere else. I understand the owner may have just had a bad day, but it was rude and unacceptable to speak to a customer like that. I do love the food and coffee here, but that experience completely threw me off. I Haven't been back since. read more
