Has always this is my favorite bagel shop to go to they is always soft and fresh. I don't if you get them at 6 AM or if you get them at 1:30 in the afternoon bake will still soft and fresh moist tasty full of flavor, the people that work here are always friendly kind. The line goes really fast. Doesn't matter how many people I got mine. This one was five people had me. I don't even think I was seven minutes in line waiting to get all the orders and they get my stuff and they could sit and relax while I wait to go to another appointment in a few minutes. The cream cheese is freshly made in house for all the time. I got a really good cinnamon crunch bagel with a bacon, horseradish cream cheese, which is like my favorite combo. It was delicious lots of bacon in the cream cheese and just a touch of spice from the horseradish was really good. Brought the hubby home a garlic bagel, which is his favorite. He'll have that for breakfast tomorrow. I like it. It's always quiet even when there's a lot of customers here. I'm in this morning. It was only like eight of us in the dining room and the only person making noise was a little child at this table over playing with a toy other than that was quiet and the walls are nice and clean the pictures. What a little gem this place is! I stopped in quickly while I was working (I take UberEats orders) & while I was waiting for the order, I placed one for myself. Immediately I was welcomed and greeted with a smile, from who I assume is the owner, she was very lovely. I explained my Uber pickup but that I'd love to place an order for myself. I got an iced cold brew and inquired if any of the bagels are dairy and egg free. To my luck, some are! They do have options that are Egg Bagels, but they are marked and labeled. I decided to go with the Everything Bagel! No vegan Cream cheese or butter, which is a small bummer, but I was hoping the bagel would carry! Boy it did, sliced and toasted, great for the price, it was very well seasoned! Only thing I'd say is I would LOVE to see vegan butter or vegan cream cheese on their menu! This place sells out fast! My first 3 choices bagels i wanted were already sold out at 8am! But they still had alot of other options.. maybe 15-20 diff bagel flavors and 8 diff types of cream cheese, all fresh made. I love the variety. They also have coffee and sandwiches. The coffee has a variety of flavors as well. You can dine in or take out. There was no bathroom in this establishment though, kind of a downfall for an eat in place. My first time trying out bagels and cream. The only way I can really review it, is to compare to other bagel places in the general area. I would say, this is better than krazy korner but still not as good as PVD bagels. Obviously much better than a Dunkin or honey dew! I like when places offer lunch options on a bagel so that's definitely a plus. Really hidden in the plaza area so if you weren't looking for it you'd probably miss it and not even know a fresh bagel spot is there. I'm disappointed that the coffee is flavor shots. I think brewed flavors are the way to go so I'd get my coffee at coffee connection just up there road if I was craving a coffee. Awesome Snickerdoodle iced coffee. I assumed it wouldn't need sugar, since most flavored coffees are sweet on their own due to syrups. The Snickerdoodle coffee has great unsweetened flavor so that you can choose how much sugar to add (I don't like my coffee too sweet) As for the bagel, I got the sun-dried tomato bagel with olive cream cheese. Had great flavor but I'm not sure if my bagel was toasted -- I wasn't asked if I wanted it toasted, but I waited about 5 minutes before eating so it's possible that it cooled down in that time. It was an unwelcome surprise to get outside and find a container of cream cheese in a bag. Didn't really have time and I also found it to be not enough cream cheese. Cute setup, nice staff, good variety of bagels, ok prices. I like that they sell fruit and garden salads already made up, good when you are on the go. I have also tried the banana hazlenut and chocolate rasberry truffle iced coffees, very good. They do need to put less ice in though. I asked for light ice and it was still pretty full of ice. I work nearby and this spot is right on the way for me. I skip out on the Dunkin next door for a better cup of ice coffee here and the Bagels arent just cheap bagels you can buy from a super market. Its homemade (and the creamcheese too). They seem to be making improvements more and more every day with the store as well. I have been going here for years and it has been a love/hate relationship. Loved the food and the coffee was one of the best I have ever had but the service was always poor (except when the more mature woman with the glasses ran the bagle area...she was always nice and on point). Well recently maybe there is a new owner but the service remains the same or maybe worse and the coffee and food has tanked (in all honesty it has been going down hill) I dislike dunkin's coffee so this has always been my place to get coffee out. Sadly after a few bad experiences I'm done. I can't recomend this place. If you want poor service and poor food this is where to go. If you just want poor food go next door. read more
