Seems like a tight area they are in at first but it was actually super cute! There's 3 other food trucks around and restaurants with outdoor seating so the area is a vibe. There was a large group of people, coming and going, the whole time we were there which is a good sign. Their menu looked INCREDIBLE I wanted to try everything so I will be back ahaha. When I ordered the worker did not seem the nicest and very monotone but I got a tiramisu latte. I was a little let down by it, I have been wanting to try one for so long and this really just tasted like marshmallow.... I also kind of wanted some foam or the cocoa powder on the top but nothing fancy, just didn't even have the flavoring right at all. We got a hot chocolate with whipped cream that was pretty good. Once just a poppin coffee shop, now a coffee shop on wheels. Don't let this cute little coffee truck fool you! While tiny, Coffee Creations packs a delightful variety of flavorful coffee drinks. They have 16oz or 24oz for their sizes, iced, hot, and also offer milk alternatives! Each drink has a hilarious name and delicious flavor combo. This truck is veteran and female owned. Both our visits we ordered with the daughter who is very friendly and patient. I'm just going to put this out there, this is honestly my favorite coffee here in Utah that I've tried so far. We enjoy patronizing the independently owned coffee shops, and I would have to say that this place hit number one on my coffee house List! I LOVE this business! The owners are so kind and helpful. I am paralyzed so it is difficult for me to quickly get in and out of my car. When the mom and daughters found this out, they offered to bring it to my car so that I wouldn't have to get into my wheelchair for pick-up. This service alone will keep me a loyal customer, and shows how much they care for the community they serve. The coffee is delicious! I haven't had one yet that I didn't enjoy as I begin my work day. Each time I walk into this local shop, I see the same friendly faces. I enjoy visiting and trying new drinks and my kids like trying various drinks as well. The baristas never even have to write down our personalized orders, they are good at getting it done the way we like it. I recently had the pumpkin spice almond milk latte and it was perfect for my Sunday morning wake-up call. Let the Creators create for you. Coffee Creations is hands-down, bar none the best coffee shop within probably a ten mile radius and I can only think of one other in Utah County that even comes close to competing with CC's quality and service--but that shop is in South Provo. Not only is CC the best in the area, but they're one of the best along the 90 inhabited miles or so of the entire Wasatch Front. The baristas always have a smile, the service is damn fast, they have a drive-through lane if you don't feel like getting out of your car, access is super easy off the SR73/Redwood crossroads, there is plenty of parking (even if you're pulling a trailer as I often am when I stop in), tasty pastries and fruit are on hand, and they offer plenty of non-caffeinated drinks as well if that's your thing. So have a sip or several here. You'll be right glad you did. read more

I love this coffee shop. They make some of the best drinks I have ever had. Sometimes I don't even know what I want and I just tell them to make me something wonderful and iced and they make incredible creations. I would highly recommend anyone to go and visit this coffee shop even if you're just passing through. My girls love the cotton candy drinks. I also love their bagels. The employees always go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of that visits. Sometimes they even come out from the coffee shop to take orders from people in line outside at the drive-thru. I also love the names of the different drinks that they have. They always find fun names for the different coffees they make as well. I love the light-heartedness. One time I came in at the very last minute right before they were about to close and they still took care of me. I will admit, I am usually a Starbucks fan and actually usually don't like independent coffee shops - and I've been to lots! - but this place is the exception and is my favorite. Always so good. They have yummy creative drinks that you can't always get any where else! They serve my all time fave The Obama which has dark and white chocolate with coconut. I don't live in Utah any more and have gone to many places trying to recreate this blissful drink but no where does it quite as well as coffee creations. Love it. I am a coffee addict. I drink it every day and I'd drink it all day if I could. I usually drink Starbucks because it is so convenient, but it really isn't that great. I love finding unique coffee places because they usually have amazing coffee. This place was one of the greatest coffee places I've ever found. So much so that I visited all three days I was in town. They have so many options that I tried something new each time and I was never disappointed. The Total Chaos was my favorite because I love hazelnut in my coffee. It was white chocolate and hazelnut and absolutely perfect. My second favorite was the Cinnabun which was hazelnut, cinnamon, and caramel. Tastes like dessert in a cup. They have the greatest chai tea I have ever had. My mom is a die hard chai tea drinker and she's not sure she'll be able to have chai tea anywhere else. This shop has great customer service. The baristas are friendly and helpful and really personable. They aren't rushed to finish orders so they take time to talk to you and they treat you like family. There are tables to sit at and also a couple of couches that have a bookshelf nearby if you just wanna relax and read with your coffee. I really wish I had more time to spend just at this shop. Wow! Great smoothies here. There's not really any places to grab a smoothie is Saratoga so this place is my go to now. My husband like to get the one with red bull added. I was surprised how good they are, wasn't expecting much since this place is more of a coffee place. I'm not a huge coffee person but I do get one once and awhile. I'll come here soon to try coffee in the mean time the smoothies are awesome and I'll be back for more. (: Updating my review: I had green tea drink and vanilla bean so much better then Starbucks! Okay, it's time to update. I think I may have gone on an off day, because now that I've come here as much as I do - I really haven't experienced the same attitude. The ladies who work here are really great! The coffee is amazing, and they're always willing to suggest something new or to tell you their favorite. I think my first experience was a rare one, and it hasn't been like that sense. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Saratoga Springs. Annnnd probably my favorite coffee since moving to Utah.
