Really cool that Jurassic has a sit down location in Eagle Mountain! I used to get tacos off their truck in West Jordan before I moved and now I don't have to go far at all. The pickled onions are my absolute favorite thing, and the portions are huge. Highly recommend the tacos with the melted cheese griddled onto them. Do NOT use Yelp or GrubHub to order from here. At the time of writing this (4/22/23), any orders made from the Yelp website or GrubHub, do NOT get sent thru to Jurassic Tacos. I was reading reviews on JST here on Yelp and there is an "order online" option which allows you to add to cart, place an order and pay. The order I put in, was not sent to Jurassic Street Tacos and when I arrived and asked about my order they had no record of it on their system. They were highly confused and annoyed at GrubHub and said this was on ongoing issue with GrubHub saying they've spoken to them multiple times and are still having issues. I showed them my order on my phone and they made it for me while I waited. Can't really blame JST for this and I wasn't in a huge rush. The food was great, as it usually is, fresh, hot and flavorful. While I do feel its a little on the pricey side for "tacos", it's really good food. I used to go to their food truck and am happy to see them recently open this physical location (where Six Sisters used to be). It's clean, with plenty of tables and a good experience. It's good to have another decent food option in Eagle Mountain amongst the many mediocre options nearby. read more

I've heard nothing but amazing things about Jurassic Tacos, so when I was in the neighborhood of their PG brick & mortar I had to give them a try. Sadly, I wasn't really impressed by these tacos at all. There was nothing spectacular about them. Just some meat between corn tortillas. I like how your food is cook fresh and to order. Keeping that in mind, it can take a while to get your food. I had a raptor taco and nachos with carne asada. The raptor taco was my favorite! The steak, cheese, and Anaheim pepper were a great combination. This was more like a giant quesadilla. The nachos were good but not my favorite. The beans left the chips were soggy so I ended up eating my nachos with a fork. It felt like the nachos toppings were not evenly distributed. The salsas were delicious. The red salsa is pretty hot. Rawwrrr! (My dinosaur roar.) These tacos are legit! The food truck was in my neighborhood last night, and I was excited to try a real street taco, not one of those impostors. I was very pleased. I got the plain old chicken street taco-which looked small at first, but I separated the two shells and divided the chicken across both of them. I still had chicken left over-there was plenty! The flavor was very good and the moistness of the chicken was remarkable. My wife got a more exciting taco-with cheese and a little more "umph." She's not usually weak, but the red sauce made her ears steam a little. It was hot! She said her taco was also very good. My son got the nachos-but without the meat. We still had to pay nearly $13 for them, which was steep. He didn't prefer the cheese flavor. But take that with a grain of salt, he likes gas station nachos. If you want a serious taco with some potential kick, Jurassic is the way to go. I'll seek them out next time food trucks are around. read more

I actually really enjoyed my taco other than the cold peppers that still felt frozen that I removed. What I didn't like at all was the lack of cleanliness. I watched one of the cooks clean the bathrooms then after he was done, walk straight into the kitchen and throw the bathroom rag on the stainless steel food prep table. Then with the same gloves he was still wearing , after he cleaned the bathrooms, he started cooking. I have never been more grossed out after eating in my entire life. Meh. Here's why: * Showed up one night at 9:30 hoping for some late night tacos; they close at 10:00. The entire kitchen staff glared at me as if I'd walked in at 9:59. You guys don't close for another half hour, you serious? Then they told me they wouldn't accept my coupon, even though it says it was accepted at all locations. Ended up leaving empty handed. * Gave them another chance another day and got all-you-can-eat tacos. The rules clearly state, see attached, that you can get 4 tacos at a time. After my first plate, one of the cooks hands me a phone: it's the manager. He couldn't speak English well enough to explain so I guess he called the boss man? Manager says "hey you can only order one taco at a time. Eat as many as you want, but only order one at a time." ... what? Weird situation. They take at least a few minutes to make each taco, so it just makes it awkward to wait around while the rest of your not-all-can-eat party sits around. The street tacos are okay. They don't have many salsa options though and everything is overpriced. This review is for the Lehi location. My son and his friend were excited to try Jurrasic Tacos in Lehi. The ambiance was good, but the goodness ended there. They had a Starving Student card with two coupons for a free taco and drink. The card said "valid at all locations". Despite that, the staff told my son "we don't honor those here". So they decided to leave. When they turned around, the staff said "So you're not going to order anything?", supposedly with some attitude. So I guess we'll never know if Jurrasic Tacos is good or not. Because if that's the way they treat my son, I certainly won't be sending him or anybody else I know to spend our hard earned money there. First time in today and I was not disappointed. I was promptly greeted by a lovely girl at the register, I believe her name is Valentina. She patiently waited as I scanned their menu that I felt offered a nice variety of options. I decided on the fish taco, but Valentina recommended the special that day- for a little more I could also get the shrimp taco. I spent a little under $14 for 2 nice sized tacos that came with a drink and chips. The guys in the kitchen wore gloves and the gent with the beard wore a beard net. Dine in space was very clean also. Shrimp taco was good, but I really enjoyed the fish. The pickled onions and the melted mozzarella gave it that extra something! We wanted to try Jurassic tacos after hearing from our friends that they were super authentic! I am a huge fan of Al pastor and as you may know.. it's not easy to come by in Utah! My husband and I ordered several street tacos, including Al pastor and a quesadilla! The quesadilla was so freaking good. Probably the best I've ever had! Not lacking in the cheese department one bit. The street tacos were good, but they were missing that authentic Mexican taste we were hoping for.
