We were staying at the Travelodge that's on the same property. This is a free standing establishment. Now each and every morning the police are out front. Now after trying the coffee and snacks they need that caffeine and joy each and every day. The staff here are again so sweet. You walk in and have to look around; this does not appear to be an actual business. It feels like grandmas house . They serve all the basics that coffee shops offer. Being a matcha girl, this drink is available sugar free. Walking the dog each day; this was the spot where the day began with coffee. The food items that they offer are delicious. A lot of the muffins and cookie crumble are a homemade in house baked recipe. They are vegan and gluten free. I ate too many of them . Mmmmm, the deliciousness of these food items. I believe your dog is allowed if it's well behaved. The coffee is great! The matcha waiting for you to order. And those treats . Sometimes a little extra is better. The coffee was hot, fresh and good! There is seating for 60 plus patrons. Not fancy or upscale, but clean and cozy. A big rack of board games keeps the minds active. The clerk was friendly and told us about the Warhammer tournaments that last all day (and into the night). Classic rock (Sweet Home Alabama) played during my morning visit. The coffee when down good. A small kids play area with play kitchen keeps the little ones occupied. There is a unisex restroom and a small private parking lot. Fun place, I'd return next time I'm in town!

The employees were very friendly and quick to service. I ordered an extra-large house latte (it for sure lives up to its size-naming), and it was delicious. Ordered the wife a strawberry lemonade and she also loved it. My only complaint is a nitpick, the shop is small with not a ton of room to sit inside and less so outside.
