This place is so cute! I stopped in on my way to Louisville and was immediately greeted by the sweetest soul in the cutest sweater and sneakers. We chatted about Depop. When I ordered my chai latte she suggested cinnamon powder and a couple pumps of pumpkin. And that my drank now! They also have a variety of baked goods snacks and treats to choose from. When I tell yall the latte was so creamy and delicious! Next trip to Louisville this will be a stop for sure! Customer service was top tier. Saw Coffee Crossing on a sign as we were headed back to Indiana from Kentucky. On a whim, decided to try it. DOUBLE STARS for having sugar free syrups to make their coffees!! We had the sugar free Moose coffee (caramel and mocha), a breakfast sandwich, a sausage quiche, and a cheese danish. All were delicious, fresh, and hot! Service was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. Cute atmosphere and clean environment. Definitely worth going. If we are back in this area again, we will be sure to stop. read more

Ordered a toffee mocha with extra espresso and in the picture it comes with whipped topping with Carmel and chocolate drizzle ( looked delicious ) it was NOTHING like the picture, when I said something about it,the barista just laughed and said she hated there advertising!I wouldn't normally say anything but I spent 10$ on my coffee!! Quick to place my order and touch free which was nice. I inserted my card myself and the receipt was emailed. I got the moose, blended, with whipped cream. This particular coffee crossing location is my absolute "go to". Trumps Starbucks in every way!!! The staff is incredibly friendly and will make anything you ask, regardless if whether it's on the menu. The drinks taste reliably consistent and delicious. The menu options are also super unique. Some of my favorites include the Railroad which is a raspberry mocha , the Moose which is a caramel mocha , the Blackberry Cobbler Latte (self explanatory) and the Caramel Apple Pie Latte..YUM. The muffins are also top notch. Even when the line is long here at the drive thru it moves quickly. They always give my doggy treats when he rides through with me which is so kind. Inside of this location is also super cute too. The kind of place you could relax and enjoy coffee with friends or get some work done on your laptop. They have a garage type door on the side of the building that can be lifted when nice outside with some bar type seating. A nice fire-pit outdoors as well. The place is always clean and feels cozy/welcoming. They also have a punch card rewards system which is nice if you come here a lot. Coffee Crossing in Sellersburg truly deserves more recognition! While not having the widest selection/ variety of items on their menu... the ladies and gentlemen at CC go flat out awesome on service, ambiance and , true , sincere interest and caring for their customers. No matter how much stress or anxiety about my day I feel, one visit to Coffee Crossing makes my day.... Same for my husband Mike. To say I was surprised with the order I got would be an understatement! We were on our way up from vacation and stopped randomly at the Wendy's across the street. We wanted coffee before the last leg of our trip and there wasn't a Starbucks nearby. Now, I will say I try to support local businesses as much as I can but sometimes it is a gamble. Great coffee! Appreciated that the employees and other customers all wore masks and that their bathrooms were open (most Starbucks on our trip had bathrooms closed due to the pandemic). Nice to be able to make a quick stop off the highway. read more

If you are a coffee snob this place isn't for you. Coffee was SUPER HOT (better then cold ), they did not have pour overs and the espresso was OK at best. Customer Service was GREAT tho! My puppy was offered a treat and the barista had A smile on her face the whole time. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love Coffee Crossing, but this location is never on top of things it seems. Granted I do visit later in the day, but they never fail to mess up my order or take forever to get my drink finished. I'm a young individual who has also worked in the customer service/food industry while obtaining my degree and I understand what to expect. They do not fulfill those expectations to the slightest. They are lazy and don't do the job they should when orders are messed up. Example: I ordered a large blueberry tea iced, they handed me a small and I politely told them I ordered a large. They said okay no problem and they proceeded to not remake the tea and steep it for the appropriate time for a large tea, but just simply added water and ice. So I ended up paying full price for a drink that tasted like water and nothing else. I support Coffee Crossing all the way, I have lived in the area my whole life and have always gotten coffee at their other locations, but this one needs some serious work. At least with the workers who are present closer to closing hours. read more

My sister and I came to southern Indiana for wine tasting. Before heading home, we decided to try a coffee place we had never even heard of. We were very pleased with Coffee Crossing. The pumpkin chocolate chip muffin was moist and delicious. Both her Railroad and my School Crossing signature drinks were delicious. Service was quick and pleasant. Would highly recommend!
