I came by around 11a on a Saturday morning and the shop was full of people. I was there to pick up a Christmas gift of Yeti winter blend and the line moved quickly. Since I wouldn't be handing them off for a couple of weeks, I opted not to have the beans ground; however, the team will handle that step for you. No available seats for anyone incoming. Thankfully, my intent was not to hang out today or I'd have left to find a spot elsewhere. Small private lot, but most often you'll need to find street parking. Be careful for signage indicating parking reserved for specific restaurants or shops.

This coffee shop was bustling all morning from 7-9am. Lots of people working, meeting others, and getting carry out orders. Enjoyed my caramel latte.

The espresso here is phenomenal. The aesthetic of the place is very cool and trendy. Minus one star because the music tends to be pretty loud.

This is a great coffee shop if you are looking for a place with lots of tables! The coffee menu is pretty standard, but they do have a decent meal selection. I went with a classic iced caramel latte and it was great! Only downside is it is loud in here and there are not many outlets! So dont expect to take any meetings here. Staff was very friendly though!

Really cute and cozy cafe recommended by a friend from the area (she said I had to check it out!) Enjoyed the coffee as well as the vibes while I was in town. Would definitely come back if I'm ever around. Staff were nice and quick.

I am still thinking about my caramel latte from sungeros, it was that good! This quaint Louisville coffee shop has homey feel and retro vibe - I loved the touch of the coffee newspapers and live plants around the tables. The menu is straight forward - not a lot of seasonal specials that is (although they did have a mint julep cold brew for derby!) but have some flavoring options and all the essentials. I loved my caramel latte, it was the perfect sweetness without overpowering the coffee roast flavor and so creamy and soft. Service was quick and very friendly despite it being a bit busy on a Sunday morning. Also had the cheddar and chive biscuit which was good but nothing too special. It will definitely be a must visit for me when in town for Derby!

Great cup of coffee! Nice social area to meet up with a friend. The place has a light murmur with background music. Great for chatting, not great for getting serious work done. This place was recommended to me but it was unfortunate that the service wasn't good, which is the only reason why I gave it 3 stars. The two people working had a bad attitude. The barista never made eye contact with us the whole time we ordered and just kept her head down. The other tossed our pastry on the counter after she put it a bag. Not placed, tossed. This place has had issues with their staff protesting and demanding a union. Too bad because I think the quality of service has gone down since. There are better coffee shops to go to. Wouldn't recommend again.

There was one person working and however you are....youre a badass!!!!! You were rocking it today. So friendly and patient with it being our first time. Thank you for your patience. They have Summerween Specials right now which were amazing. I chose the Stevie Nicks which was a white chocolate and cherry latte topped with cheesecake, foam crushed graham crackers and a cherry. It was perfection. The perfect balance of coffee flavor and not too sweet for me. My daughter ordered the Marshmallow Inferno Cold Brew which was absolutely beautiful. It's a dark chocolate cold brew with marshmallow cold foam, crushed graham crackers and a toasted marshmallow. We also ordered a cheese danish which was very very tasty. We will most definitely be back.

I enjoyed a calming cup of tea, tempted to chill on their retro couch and pull tarot cards (they had a 'Dark Crystal' tarot deck out for guests to use!), but I sat by the window, surrounded by plants, and people-watched on and off as I worked a little. After an hour - yes - tarot time! An added perk is its attachment to Eggs Over Frankfort. The staff in the cafe, who was very sweet and helpful, let me know I can order food from them and still enjoy their cafe! I will definitely be back for a drink with Crescent Hill, then a meal from next door. I absolutely love the openness of working together, both uplifting each other, and therefore uplifting the community. This is what I love about living in Louisville.

I wandered in yesterday to find this new shop buzzing with lots of patrons. I love the mix of high tops for working with tables inside and outside geared toward talking. Given its smaller size, this definitely seems like a coffeeshop that's good for a grab-and-go coffee or meeting someone to talk one on one, rather than spending a large portion of time sitting and working. Though you could definitely do that here too. This shop has all the faves you've grown to love at Quills Coffee. The dirty chai is my go-to. I also noticed a fun list of seasonal drinks, including an apple chai for fall. It also had a selection of baked goods, of which I opted for a cranberry orange scone. I'm excited to see this stretch of Brownsboro continue to grow. Quills is definitely a part of that!
