It's a new rural coffee and ice cream shop that opened in February 2026 in an older home near the center of Palmyra, and you can tell a lot of time, money, and heart went into creating the place. The inside is surprisingly expansive with lots of seating, fun décor, pastel colors, wall art, and little themed touches throughout. There's also outdoor seating available. Some of the artwork and displays were genuinely cute and creative, though a few pieces looked AI-generated and stood out a bit compared to the more personal touches. There's even a prayer box for customers who want to leave prayer requests, which gave the place a very small-town, community-centered feel. The staff was one of the highlights. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. It also wasn't overly busy when we visited, which made it feel relaxed and comfortable. They offer handcrafted coffee drinks, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, hand-dipped ice cream, specialty sundaes, and milkshakes. You can order from the walk-up window or inside. As for the food and ice cream: * The butter pecan cashew cone was easily the best thing we tried. Really good flavor and texture. * The hot fudge sundae was solid too. Lots of hot fudge, peanuts, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. The only downside was that the ice cream was already pretty melted by the time it was served. * The banana cream hand-dipped ice cream unfortunately missed the mark for me. It had a very artificial banana taffy/Laffy Taffy type flavor that I didn't care for. * The cappuccino tasted good but was on the lukewarm side. My biggest complaint was the menu boards. The chalkboard-style menus look nice aesthetically, but the writing is so small that they were nearly impossible to read from the counter. I ended up taking a picture on my phone and zooming in just to figure out what was available. The prices also felt a bit on the high side. For example, the drip coffee was around $6, which surprised me a little given the rural location. Overall though, this feels like a place that genuinely wants to become a local gathering spot, and I really hope they succeed. Rural businesses like this are hard to sustain, and it's clear the owners have invested heavily into making it something special for the community. With a few tweaks, especially larger, more readable menus and tightening up some consistency with the desserts, I could see this becoming a regular stop for a lot of people.

Word. The bacon cheddar chive scone is spectacular. I am not over playing this. From the crunch of the bottom to the layers and lamination this scone was the best mouth feel and taste of my life.
