Latte was weak. Asked for extra hot and got warm. The guy making the coffee and taking orders had a "whatever" attitude.

Such a good coffee shop! Was near our hotel so we walked to it for our coffee on vacation, and they had tons of options for both drinks and breakfast foods/pastries. The coffee was awesome, I got iced coffee and instead of water they used iced coffee for the ice cubes so your drink wouldn't get watered down! Our morning ritual when visiting Breckenridge! Friendliest staff (blonde gal), who always greets with a warm smile and cheerful conversation! Flavored coffees are delicious and so are the pastries...tried the strawberry cream cheese croissant and wanted to eat every single last one in the case! The atmosphere is great too, with a perfect view of Main Street. Our first morning, snow was falling, Christmas lights were lit and holiday songs were playing. Coffee Depot is right by the corner of Park and Main Street. My family went here maybe 5-6 times in our short trip. I only had their regular dark roast coffee and it was delicious. My family gave their thumbs up for their "fancier drinks". Specific recommendation for their "white chocolate coconut latte". I love the vibe of the place. Definitely a good place to hang out or even bring a laptop to do some work. Great views of Main Street and the mountain. I bought some Breckenridge keepsakes from here as well, they were very well priced. Big fan of Coffee Depot and will definitely return when we come back to Breck! read more

Two people struggling to keep up with the line of patrons. Probably a Covid situation, but I will say the two workers were doing THEIR best. The breakfast sandwich IMO is McDonald's, but on a decent bagel. The burrito was actually a good walking food because it's pre-made and formed nicely. Pretty tasty, but a bit pricey for what it is. The coffee was good and priced fairly. They offer other snooty coffee choices too. read more

Great little spot for coffee and breakfast before hitting the mountain. Coffee Depot is walking distance from the bottom of peak 9. The pastries not only looked delicious but they tasted delicious, I highly recommend the chocolate croissant. My friends tried the breakfast burrito and they were pleasantly pleased. I came here each morning to kick start my day. They have really good Lattes and even better breakfast croissants. I liked the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant the most. The sausage had a lot of good flavor. The buttered croissant wasn't too buttery, which was great. The only thing is that one of the days I ordered the croissant, it was not warm enough. This is a cool spot to come to to grab coffee or sit and read a book while enjoying the many offerings on the menu. read more

The Breakfast Burrito is a steal for $5.65 + $1 for meat. The hash browns were a perfect addition to cheesy egg burrito. The coffee is Daz Bog, which is German for Italian Coffee is Better. Don't depend on the coffee, but instead go for the cheap gatorade and burritos. I would take my friends here instead of the Maggie, if I was breaking at Peak 9 Base (The Village). read more

From the outside, this place looks like a hip, cool, and local joint. Inside has limited seating and is a bit tiny, but a few tables to sit. Not ideal for reading/studying though. Their baked goods are all right - some are fresh but others...are not so much. They serve Daz Bog coffee, which isn't bad, but a little watered down in my opinion. And was served to me lukewarm - big negative. Service isn't too friendly either. Didn't try the food, which honestly looked/sounded pretty good, but I think I'll try my coffee elsewhere next time I'm in town. read more

Save yourself! If you really like coffee and want to get what you ordered in a reasonable amount of time, do not go to the Coffee Depot. Yes, it's super convenient, but that's all it is. Service was terrible. My BF's caramel apple cider was actually just some steamed apple juice (not cider) with a shot of caramel in it. My coffee tasted like it had been sitting there for a long while and the baked goods looked unappetizing and stale. If you have time to walk a block or two, go to La Francaise or even Starbucks. read more

Grabbed coffee here four times this week while staying nearby. The coffee was really good and the service was as well. Between 630 and 7:15 AM there were only a couple of people in front of me in the line moves quick. The butter croissants are really good. I also liked the cinnamon buns. Didn't really care too much for the blueberry muffins. read more

I would have liked to have given this place a "4" for the menu and location. However, my experience warranted 2stars. The coffee shop was right next door to our hotel which made it very convenient for us. But my planned 15min stop for tea turned into an hour....and it wasn't because they were busy. There was mass confusion and chaos behind the counter. The owner was in a bad mood and set the tone for her employees. The young lady at the register was friendly but got yelled at by the owner in front of me. The quality of the food and drink was mediocre and not worth the hour wait. The breakfast sandwiches were yummy and a sizable portion. The breakfast Burrito was so-so, kinda got mushy because the serving size was so much (too much actually). They also had a pretty good selection of pastries (both savory and sweet). I had peppermint tea (Harney and Sons brand) which was pretty standard. My friend got a coffee drink which she said was only okay. The fancy drink options looked delicious - caramel apple latte, mint chocolate, etc. Service Service was friendly. We sat in the shop for probably 30-45 minutes and no one bothered us or asked us to get moving. Atmosphere Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. There's a comfy couch with some fun magazines and a book about the history of Summit County on the coffee table. Bathroom was clean and overall the place had a cozy feel. read more

Been coming here for years. The short Latino lady has had such a bad attitude the past couple times I've been in. She acts like she has the hardest job in the world! Visited Breckenridge with my boyfriend and his family... The very last day we decided to walk down from the Grand Timber Lodge. Was amazing, got to walk down in the snow and hang out in the shop eating their amazing pastries and super good coffee! Meh. Food was ok. Staff was kinda rude. The owner/manager was SUPER nice. The coffee was actually pretty decent. I had the crossaint sandwich which was good and husband had the burrito. He didnt finish, which is ODD for him. Good location, but definitely better options in Breck. read more

We frequented this coffee shop during our stay in Breckenridge, mostly because of the location. The staff is friendly, the options are okay and it's a cute spot to sit and enjoy your coffee. We tried a selection of the bagels - nothing to write home about but fine for a quick breakfast. The coffee is good, lattes are alright. Just an average coffee shop that could up its game by adding more food options and baked goods, gluten free selection and better baristas and/or higher quality coffee beans for better tasting coffee and espresso drinks. read more
