Stopped in Tarrytown for breakfast but ended up at Coffee Labs. Excellent coffee, chia latte and baked goods. Friendly service. Plenty of seating. I dig the vibe of this place. Popular with the locals. I would definitely stop there again.

Tasty coffee!

My wife and I enjoy sampling as many coffee places as possible. I'm sure we've been to Coffee Labs previously but after having it today, I figured it's time for a review. It's a very nice coffee shop in a great walking village. Great vibe, comfortable seating, and a nice person behind the counter. My wife enjoyed their cold brew and I enjoyed the Brazilian exotic drip coffee. They mentioned that they often swap out the drip coffee of the day. The Brazilian was a nice smooth drinking experience. Definitely a popular place that we will add to the rotation.

Their coffee is delicious great place to sit and have a conversation unfortunately I hadn't been back for a while cause I had a bad experience of being held hostage on a date once a cup of coffee, he didn't let me go for hours not this place's fault. At least their coffee is amazing and the service is nice. Street parking available in lot parking if you need it.

Cute coffee shop in the quaint town of Sleepy Hollow. Upon entering you're immediately hit with the invigorating smell of fresh roasted coffee beans. Their menu has the expected coffee options available hot or iced as well as additional smoothies and pastries. There are a few small tables available to sit.

Always super yummy coffee. The staff is really nice. If you're trying to hang out in the area you can always sit outside on the bench it's just nice just a People watch..

When I used to reside in New York I would always make the trip to Tarrytown and visit my favorite coffeehouse. Coffee Labs never disappoints me in their coffee. Service is always fast and friendly. The ambience a pleasing experience. A must stop and try before venturing to explore the neighboring town of Sleepy Hollow. Enjoy good people.

What an amazing experience, now there is ALWAYS a line but believe is WORTH IT!!! They have amazing beverages options, the staff is very friendly and they definitely know their craft !!! There is definitely comfy space to sit and take all the town in Ps: prices are GREAT!!

I had a large mocha. It tasted a bit odd at first, but eventually it grew on me. One of my friends had a cookie and another a smoothie. They finished them happily. I also enjoyed the chilled water that was Ready available. The servers were friendly, but the board which displays choices was a bit confusing. The space was inviting and a great space for conversation. The wifi was super strong. There was street parking, but there were very few spots open. We just happened to arrive at the perfect time.

Walking in Tarrytown on a chilly day, I was in need of a comforting warm beverage and a pick me up. Coffee Labs Roasters surely delivered! The menu was extensive. In addition to the drinks, the pastries looked really good. I was full from lunch, otherwise I would have definitely gotten a sweet treat too. I decided to go with a simple latte and was very happy with my cup of joe. Look how pretty it is! I felt the size was a bit small for the price but the quality was noticeably better than other coffee shops. It smells dreamy in here and the staff are very nice. I'd visit again for sure!

The Coffee Labs Roasters are true artist. It's a destination spot! It's art! It's coffee! I love this spot so much that I always include it as part of my Tarrytown tour. People wonder why I visit so often and to me it's because it has all my favorite little things in a couple blocks radius. Coffee is a life force for me. But some years ago they presented me with a skull art in my coffee!! I was blown away. And from then on a regular in a sense. My boyfriend was an angel and drove my parents and I to Tarrytown for a day off. As soon as I could escape I went to snag coffees and pastries for the crew. My mom could live off of Almond Croissants. Or at least she likes to think so. I got the most amazing cat latte art. The guy in front of me was a portrait of himself. My favorite was the next morning, my mom was presented with an elephant latte art. I could not believe my eyes! They out did themselves. My mom was super happy! She's such a little doll. And appreciates this little things that make life memorable. The flavor is on point too. And the treats are the perfect compliment. She also snagged a reusable coffee to go cup for my sis. We left with not just coffee but memories! Thank you!!

Such a cute and charming spot right in Tarrytown. My husband and I made a pitstop here on our way up to Albany. We ordered some iced lattes with their small batch syrups. I tried the lavender and my husband got maple. Both were good! We also tried their everything croissant with cream cheese filling. Definitely recommend. Ask for it to be warmed up! The interior is cute and I loved that the roasting machine was right out in the open. It was cool to watch the process of the coffee beans.

Love the latte art! So fun, such a talented barista! We had a pumpkin latte and a cold brew and enjoyed both. It's dog friendly but definitely gets a little packed on the weekends - my pup dodged getting stepped on a few times so maybe not so great for big pups. Line was long but the service was quick. We will def stop in whenever we're in town.

Headless Horseman Prop, of course!

What a difference!! The baristas and staff I had already seen as miracle workers, but how they were able to handle and perform during the Halloween parade rush from this weekend was incredible! The amount of people that were in that shop yet somehow they managed to handle the rush so well. It was definitely crowded but it didn't feel crowded, if you know what I mean! Not only that, but I had gotten an iced Pumpkin Spice Latte from them... Star-who!?? Incredibly delicious and by far the best PSL I've ever had from anywhere! I'm kicking myself that I didn't grab anything for the ride home. But I'll most definitely be back to Tarrytown, and will most definitely will be back to CoffeeLabs

Some of the best coffee around, served up with a smile by all who work there. Barista Jefferson is an artist with a latte!

Cute local spot. I lived in the city for years and this reminded me of one of the coffee shops on the UES.

Since that's my favorite method, seemed like a no brainer to give it a shot. Got in there 20 minutes before closing but the owner Chris was extremely patient and friendly, so I didn't feel bad to be the last customer of the day. His decor is automotive themed, as that's his other passion. He roasts his own beans at a nearby facility but will be roasting on site soon. I selected the Apex Ethiopian coffee, a medium light roast. It was absolutely delicious. As it cooled off, the nuance increased. Enjoyed discussing coffee with Chris. He's got beans in a Japanese whiskey barrel that will be available closer to Thanksgiving. I look forward to returning long before then!
