If you're on your way from Ct to LaGuardia stop here. It's right off the interstate. The have decaf espresso and cold brew. The staff is friendly and helpful. The have macadamia, coconut, hemp milk and one other non dairy option along with reg. They have gluten free dairy baked goods. Had a cold brew with macadamia milk and a brownie with Walnuts. I'm somewhat familiar with Coffee Labs Roasters as they have a location in Tarrytown and I have been there a few times. This Coffee Lab has been in my periphery for a while, as I'm a regular at a nearby restaurant and am hence periodically in the area. Anyway, I was running some errands the other day and felt like grabbing some coffee - so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to check them out. I really liked the vibe of this place - it's somewhat small but the minimalist decor and transparent garage door that doubles as a window makes the space feel fresh and lets a lot of light in. They have maybe 4 to 5 tables along one of the walls; the vibes are on to sit here and do some work however the smallness of the space has the tables somewhat close to each other and hence may make it hard to concentrate. Anyway, the menu has a good variety of coffeehouse beverages, as well as a selection of bakes goods; they also sell their beans for at-home brewing. I decided on an iced latte, and to spice it up I went with coconut milk in lieu of regular. I really enjoyed this - the coconut added a nice later of flavor and it was overall a solid latte. Service was good, everyone was friendly and my beverage was ready relatively quickly. Overall, this new Coffee Labs is a welcome addition to the area and I look forward to my next trip here. read more

If only this spot was bigger! It's a great addition to the neighborhood. Theres a large coffee and beverage menu - a little hard to read, but not impossible. There are also a million baked goods right at the cashier, which could be overlooked. (Catch a glimpse before you stand in the inevitably long line.) (The line moves quickly!) Had the turmeric latte with oatmilk. A solid choice with a solid turmeric flavor. I also had a mocha chip muffin. That was also really good when reheated. Staff was friendly and looked like it started getting busy a little after 8am, so I just missed the morning rush. It's kind of small inside but I also saw they had some outdoor seating. I will most likely come back again when I'm in the area and in need of a caffeine fix. read more

The service is sometimes good, often painfully slow. The man at the register seems way more concerned about where you are standing than what you want to order. The coffee is delicious, the bagels are terrible and I don't think any of their customers have anywhere to be. read more

Do you know how in TV shows, commercials or movies there is a generalization of a person that works in a coffee house that is condescending, ditzy, or pompously annoying for a cheap and easy laugh. Well, in this place it is not a for a cheap and easy laugh. It's reality. Brewed coffee and drinks are good but that's about it. Pastries are limited and often stale and coffee by the bag can range from $15-$45 per bag and are randomly placed on a shelf with no rhyme or reason or way to determine which is which. Do you know the difference between a $15 bag of coffee and a $45 bag of coffee? One is for every day drinking and one is for special occasions that you want to brew more carefully. I can easily explain which coffees are best suited for what you are looking for but I don't work there and the people that do don't know the difference or even care to learn so they will will condescendingly point to a menu that has the smallest print explaining the difference. Then it's a scavenger hunt to find the one you want somewhere in the store and it might not even be in stock. This is the second location and it seems the owners really only stop in to take pictures and post them on social media, but they really only care about the other location and let the mentally unstable run the asylum at this place. read more

Stopped by Saturday morning craving a matcha and they delivered! First off this place is so cute, I can't wait to come by in the summer and sit outside for a while . The staff is sooooo nice and welcoming. At the counter you're able to see all their yummy pastries, I had a chocolate croissant and it was perfectly balanced between sweet and savory. Cashier service on todays visit, a grumpy girl with green hair and green stone pendant working the register , is in need of customer service training. She is to unfriendly for interfacing with customers. Suggestion, let her work only in office or with numbers, not with people. I used to frequent a place in the city about 12 years ago that made their drip coffee with Coffee labs- that's how I was introduced to them. Loved it since then so whenever I found myself in Tarrytown I always went. So imagine my excitement when I heard they were opening up a location closer to my home! It's an absolutely beautiful location- I think they have the prettiest bathroom of all coffee shops in the area. I've been twice now since they opened, and each time have gotten a vanilla latte with lavender syrup and a bag of beans for the weekend. The lavender syrup is not overpowering like others I've had, subtle and tasty. I hope it stays on the menu. Place is clean, bright and welcoming, service is friendly and efficient. Not as big as their original location, but it's comfortable. A welcome addition to the area for sure. read more

I gave 1 star just because there is no option of zero for service. I was excited to see this coffee store came around the area. I went to get a small coffee. I immediately felt I was unwelcome by one of the barista. She questioned back " this is very small?", when I asked a small coffee. And I stated "you guys have many locations"... to engage conversation. She went "Yeah.." with no interest. I decided to stay to do my work and I was sitting down and having coffee. I was hearing and observing what was going on. She was very engaging with all white Caucasian and asking how were their capuchino and coffee to who were staying to enjoy their drink. And also they were welcoming when they came in. When I went in, I did not hear anything but I had to get attention from her talking another barista and no welcoming word. I took this barista's behavior as straight raciest. I strongly suggest to have employees education and training for customers service. I love your coffee but I won't tolerate this behavior. I do not think anyone should be treated the way I was treated. Yes I'm Asian, strong accent. And I had no makeup on today and not wearing fancy clothes. This won't make anyone to treat the way I was treated there., I am writing this because I feel bad for whoever have had similar experiences. I have been many coffee shops. This is only 1 place made me feel not welcome. I would like to hear from the management what you have done to solve this issue. read more

This by far is my favorite cafe /coffee shop in the area . The pastry selection and smoothies are fresh and tasty . The staff is beyond friendly and so knowledgeable. They treat the customers like family not like a dollar . Riana and Patty are just amazing. The coffee is top tier pure quality . The shop was built with so much creativity. There's a garage there and when it's nice outside they open it and brings in fresh air . The bathroom door is a vault door which is so cool . The best coffee in Westchester is now closer to my home. I've been going to Coffee Labs in Tarrytown for close to 20 years. I was so excited when I heard the new location they were opening was 5 minutes from my home. It does not disappoint. The quality of the coffee is just as perfect as it is at their other shop. The cafe itself is gorgeous. Every detail is beautiful and well thought out. My daughter has been going to Coffee Labs her whole life, she's so happy to be able to get a smoothie so close to home. I stopped in this morning on my way to work to relax for a moment. It's so peaceful and the staff is so kind and welcoming. I'm so lucky to have this gem so close to home. read more

The coffee quality remains commendable; however, the customer service encounter left much to be desired. During our visit, the baristas exhibited condescending behavior. Upon taking my wife's order, they interrupted her repeatedly in a patronizing manner. What was concerning was their discussion about customer requests, implying that certain orders were burdensome and that Starbucks has set expectations to high for coffee shops. It created an uncomfortable environment and discouraged customers from making extra requests. Employees discussing this openly in front of customers is disheartening. I strongly recommend providing customer service training to the staff. Sadly, this experience has left us with no desire to return to this location. For the record my wife said sorry because she felt so uncomfortable then they patronized her again by saying no worries this is the era we no one has to apologize for things. read more

If I could give no stars I would!!! As a new customer to your establishment I was beyond disappointed with the disgusting attitude of one of your employees. Instead of asking us if there was anything she could recommend or ask if we needed assistance she proceeded to question us numerous times if we were ready to order as we were still deciding. Clearly frustrated and lacking any kind of patience she said very loud and obnoxious to another employee "I need to start brewing but" and waved her hands to motion at us that we were holding her up. Shocked at her outburst we stared at her for a second before deciding to leave your establishment and getting coffee elsewhere. She then stated she was talking to her colleague and not us but clearly her motion towards us said otherwise. I don't see this establishment lasting very long with employees like that you may want to reconsider your hiring process. read more
