Depending on the flavor, I will use the flavor coffee as my base. My 2nd favorite is the Capital Street. The atmosphere is casual and great for studying, working or meeting with a friend. Today was a light day and wasn't very crowded. The noise level is always average and not overwhelming. Above all, whether to stay or to go, it's a must go!

Espresso shots were being pulled meticulously with attention to detail, including the use of a scale, which provides for consistency! The flavorings/syrups were not pumped haphazardly from the familiar brand-name syrup bottles. Rather, for my latte, an in-house syrup was carefully measured for the perfect taste!
