I usually order the Spanish latte, but the barista was kind enough to let me know that it was gonna take at least 10 more minutes so I told him to just come up with a new latte for me instead and man oh man, the latte that he made for me a (brown sugar latte) was absolutely delicious! It's a great coffee shop to come to, especially to study or if you just want to relax and talk with a friend. Love the different choices for the coffee beans, so you truly get a great coffee experience.

The waitress misunderstood and brought out three complete plates. These are not cheap items, so it was a significant mix-up on their end. When I politely pointed out the error and asked if they could adjust the bill by removing the extra orders, the operational manager was brought over. Instead of trying to make it right, he knelt down to speak to me in a very condescending tone, explained restaurant policy, and only offered a 25% discount. He refused to compromise or remove any of the mistaken items, even though the kitchen error created the waste. I felt like I was being talked down to and treated like a child, which led me to ask if this was how they handled similar situations with adults. He immediately accused me of being insulting and emphasized his position. At that point, I chose not to escalate further to avoid causing a scene. I paid the bill (thankfully a friend helped cover it), but the whole interaction left a bad taste. The food itself looked fine from what I saw, but the combination of the order mistake and the dismissive, ego-driven response from management made the visit really frustrating. It felt like they were more interested in protecting policy than taking care of a customer after their own error. I understand mistakes happen in busy restaurants, and not everything can be fully comped once plated. However, a more empathetic and professional approach from the manager would have gone a long way. I'll think twice before returning.

They were lacking luster in some area, and I am not exactly sure what. Flavor, texture, and moisture all could be culprits. But! Every single sandwich flavor was delectable!
