I love this place. Always my go-to spot whenever I'm passing through the grapevine to get that late night caffeine pick-me up. Over the years I've been here several times and the drinks have always been very good and the staff is always very friendly. Very nice menu of various coffee drinks, smoothies and frozen blends. You can tell they take great care and consideration in preparing your order because it always looks and tastes great. Skip the truck stop coffee, they're the best. (I can't speak on in-store experience as I've only ever used the drive through) read more

We stopped here to use the bathroom. This is probably the only place with a sign suggesting customers to go to Jack in the Box or any other establishment nearby to use the bathrooms. I didn't take a picture of the sign but it made me laugh. We bought ice cream here and the employee was at a loss for words when we handed him $1 bills. It's almost as if he had never seen cash there before. I guess everyone pays with card. Overall, quick stop to use the potty, pump gas, and continue the ride. read more

Ordered pickup using Uber Eats. Pulled up to the window and since it was 11pm and there was no there. Waited at the drive through window for 5-10 mins before I got the guy's attention. He didn't have any customers but I still waited about 5 mins assuming he would notice he had a car waiting in his drive through window, especially since there was a pickup order. So after 5 mins I would try to get his attention when he would turn his head toward the window by waving my arms and it seemed like he would turn and see me but choose to ignore me. So I finally decided to do some soft honks and he finally came and opened the window. I asked for my order (2 chocolate coffee drinks with a crunch topping and two iced lattes with oatmilk) and it was in a plastic bag that was dripping. The chocolate crunch drink was pretty good but the iced latte was mediocre and they didn't use oat milk even though I paid extra for it. read more

I stopped by the Coffee Stop today looking for something to take away my sore throat, and I ordered Green Tea Latte. Not only was the green tea latte the best latte that I've tasted, but the customer service was even better. Myah, and Tiara were so sweet and accommodating. Coffee Stop in in a mobile gas station & they have it as a drive thru! What more can you ask for ? Gas , snacks , beverages, beer & Coffee! My friend brag about this place an had to try , drove from Bakersfield just to try the coffee !! Why not a mini road trip! Omg the coffee is delicious I mean seriously it's so good I had to go back an get a second one for later! I Love Starbucks but this place they made the caramel macchiato really good , it wasn't strong but it sure did wake me up . It just had a different kind of taste but a really good taste. This drive through was a bit tricky but I was very happy that they stay open late. Ordered the white chocolate mocha and it was very strong but tasty. The barista made it fresh and he was super friendly. I did not have time for pics but will come back to try other menu items. read more

How is he doesn't get what this 24/7 option? I got a chance to drive in for a quick ice Americano 16 ounce size. I found the barista to be very welcoming and very helpful when it came to describing the smoothies the coffee drinks and of course the pastries. If you're looking to get a coffee drink for less than five dollars and a reasonable size I suggest you make the drive it's very conveniently located right off the I five freeway in a town called Castaic. read more

My sweetie said yummy after trying the dark roast..my chai tea was extra yummy too. Found this gem by accident. Looking for an overnight stay. Its charming little place with a drive thru..excellent. the owner was very charming and a little kooky at first we thought he was some random local coming up to our car but we are so glad to meet him he actually looks really familiar to me now that I think about it more often it's got a Swagger that's familiar. I found this place by chance again after stopping the first time with my cousin. If you appreciate coffee well then you can see that they serve up lattes, americanos and coffees here like no other gas station stop. They even have a drive thru window which tells me that they have regulars who stop by JUST for the coffee!! My cousins laughed at me for praising this gas station so much after we stopped here for the kids bathroom break. But I'm like The business is Good! Now fast forward , couple months later, I'm driving and the tire pressure light comes on (coming from northern Cali ) So I take the first available exit and happened to be HERE. I Was excited I stopped here again by chance! On this night , the cashier (i forgot his name) was super personable and helpful . He helped with making sure I was comfortable with the task of putting air in my tires .. A great guy , went above and beyond for his customers there! read more

I was coming down from Sacramento to SoCal yesterday and was on my last leg of the drive.... Had about another 1.5hrs left but was getting tired from the lack of sleep the night before. Usually about this time, I would hit a Starbucks or some fast food joint just to get some quick caffeine. Well, I Yelped places near me and came across this little gem! Read all the great reviews and knew I had to try them out. I tried the caramel latte and it was YUMMY. Every time I make this drive, I will be sure to stop by and get my caffeine fix here! If you are tired and need a nice hot cup of some strong coffee. Or if you want a few different types of coffee to choose from at 1am? Or do you want all the nice tasting creamers you get at your grocery store? DONT STOP HERE‼ This place SUCKS! No caffeine in their coffee, it tastes horrible! They have nothing but powered creamer and sugar. I almost died because of their coffee! Instead of keeping me up, it put me to sleep. Go to 7Eleven instead save yourselves. I was going north on interstate five I need a gas so I stopped into the coffee stop drive-through and mobile, and boy was I surprised. I was greeted by two of the most lively women that I have ever met in my life, if I had a business I would steal them away and have them work for me. They are barista's and the coffee they were making as I saw the customers walking out the door were to die for, you have to stop here even if you don't need gas even if you don't want coffee just to use their clean restrooms five stars!! read more

I have to write this review! Only for their drive thru coffee as it's the only thing I used. I was forced to get off the 5 north yesterday because of what I think was some bomb threat. Police stopped the freeway and it turned into a parking lot. I saw their sign for a 24 hours drive thru coffee stop so I decided to give it a crack. I'm a chai tea latte fanatic. I make it at home everyday. When ordering I make it a bit complicated with having soy milk substitute and asking for them to water it down by 50%. Drive thru attendant seemed cool about the special request. THIS Was the TASTIEST chai tea latte I have ever had! My goodness. Thick and rich! I felt guilty drinking it. Those 20 ounces lasted me a whole two minutes. My only regret is not getting two of them! If you're in the area, please stop by and try it. Deliciousness! read more

I just tried Coffee Stop Drive-Thru for the first time today and I was not disappointed. The barista, Johnny was very polite and pleasant to talk to. I got an iced coffee and it was delicious. My fiancé got a strawberry banana smoothie and was pleased as well. I would recommend this place 10/10. I will definitely be visiting again in the future. This little stop is a must try. read more

This was a place I always drove by and forgot about, because there isn't anything that makes the coffee place stand out from the road. But I'm so glad I finally stopped in here to try some of their drinks. All of the drinks we ordered were made quickly and tasted really good! It's definitely different than Starbucks, but can be better depending on what you feel like ordering. We also ordered a donut that was really good, make sure to ask what they have, when we went there were a lot of options! I can't say enough about this Mobile gas station and drive thru coffee place! My wheel fell off of my trailer on the Grapevine. I was so distressed that I had to leave my trailer, after the tow truck driver towed it there! Everyone who worked there was so kind. They kept an eye on my trailer. Excellent customer service! An uncommon type of convenience store that should become more common. Amazing that this business knows that the driving public doesn't just want weak coffee when they are on long trips! They have a REAL coffee machine and can make you espresso. Organic coffee on tap. The music was actually pink floyd instead of the common terrible stuff nobody wants to hear. If gas stations could wake up and smell the coffee like this one did, we'd have way better road trips! read more

History

Established in 1979.

During the last gasoline shortage (1979), I acquired this gas station, and in 1989, converted the garage bays into a convenience store. In 2004, I started my own coffee franchise inside the mart: (Coffee Stop Drive-Thru), serving the best coffee in Santa Clarita (according to Santa Clarita Magazine) We have a full and extensive coffee / espresso / smoothie menu!

Meet the Business Owner: David N.

My dad was in the gas station business since 1945 in New York, and moved out to California in 1960 and opened a gas station / repair shop. I helped him in the business since I was a kid, and learned to repair cars, as well as him. However, I converted the garage bays into a convenience store in 1989, because care were getting more and more complicated to repair, with all the computers under the hood, and I found that I would have less liability selling Twinkies, since no one ever brings back a Twinkie, the way they would bring back a brake job. My dad passed away in 1990 from alcoholism. He used to sneak beer from my cooler when I wasn't looking, so that is why I gave up selling beer. I did not want the responsibility of knowing someone got killed in an accident from a 6 pack that came from my gas station, since people would buy a beer, and drink it gone before reaching their car.

The place has limited seating but I always grab my drink to go. The customer service was cool. They were busy so it seemed most of the focus was on getting the drinks out and served. The coffee is why you come here! I totally get why Henry's Coffee is popular. You get well-crafted drinks from baristas who care about their work. My go-to orders are the raspberry honey latte and the honey latte. I get them iced and I can taste the delicious espresso and it is not too sweet or diluted with milk. If I am in the area more, I would come to Henry's Coffee more often. I tend to go when I am visiting family.

The staff who helped us were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also liked that I was able to find a great souvenir, as they had mugs with Los Angeles or California on them, and we ended up buying one.
