If you are ever out this way (it was a smudge far for me located in Sylmar, but I was in the area for something else), please stop by! I was slightly skeptical because it's attached to a mobile station (maybe it was Velaro, I honestly don't remember as it was a few weeks ago and I suck at writing these reviews in a timely fashion), so I wasn't sure what the selection would be like. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted! The guy (I'm also terrible with names) was funny, friendly, and helpful. The girl who made my drink did a fantastic job! They have a decent selection of flavors that are harder to find in SoCal (along with the fact this is a drive through which is also next to impossible to find here), and they have delicious blended drinks. I wouldn't put it past me to drive all the way out there just for this (a 25 min drive). I had the blended English toffee drink. Loved it! We stopped here late night to fill up the tank on a road trip before heading North over the Grapevine and fill up on drinks and munchies. The cashiers were very friendly and the munchies not horrifically overpriced, standard for a convenience store. Their advertised price for gas was not the cheapest, BUT it was the same price for cash or credit so that was a big advantage there. There is a coffee stop with an attached drive through which I thought was pretty unique for a Mobil station. They advertised both lattes and smoothies. There were screens out at the pumps playing a weather forecast which was also unique. It's a bit confusing finding the entrance to this place, but it is on the South side of the lot. read more

I always stop by here for some good coffee. The quality of coffee here is much more reliable than starbucks! (sometimes, starbucks has those days where their coffee tastes like armpit with their old beans...) The workers are always smiling and are the sweetest unlike other gas stations. You also don't need to pay for the restroom as long as you read the sign that says: "ask front for token." People who have been complaining about paying are just ignorant people that either don't know how to read or are simply too lazy to read. We were on a roadtrip to Bakersfield and my brother suggested we stop here for snacks. The two cashiers were very friendly and seemed to know everyone coming through their coffee line. It was my first visit, but they were very chatty and helpful. The snack and drink prices were on par with most places. The restroom is 25 cents, which is fair. If you're coming from the north, this is the first stop after a long stretch without exits or restrooms. There is a sign in their VERY CLEAN restroom explaining the reason that they charge. Basically, paying 25 cents covers the cost of keeping things clean and stocked. Honestly, if they didn't charge, the food would be outrageously priced and people would complain about that. It's a bit of a dicey part of town so be a little bit careful but super fantastic. Best place to get coffee while driving north on I five right as you leave the Los Angeles basin. Found this spot by accident during a long travel weekend back and forth from Ventura to Bakersfield. During the week we had to make several long trips. Our first time there we were very groggy from the drive, Tiffany was very patient in helping us choose something my bf and I would like. The freezes were amazing! I had a mocha but wanted something added, Tiffany recommended peppermint, which is now my go to drink. Bf had the cookies n cream which he loved as well. Everytime we return she is always patient in helping us find some new creations. Very friendly sweet young lady. This used to be a regular stop for us when driving back to LA from San Francisco. The most recent trip found the convenience store portion kind of a mess, and they added a pay-locking-mechanism on the bathroom door. Essentially, you put in a quarter, and then turn the knob to get in. One problem with that? If you are in the bathroom, there is nothing stopping anyone else's with a quarter from walking in on you. I come here often and this is a great place to stop and get a nice freshing coffee drink. Jr Dave made me a cookies n cream crunch frappe and it tastes really good. I would recommend all frappe drinkers out there to try the cookies n cream crunch coffee. He knows how to handle customers who are getting gas and customers getting coffee drinks, which i totally understand how this place can get really busy when the coffee stop and a gas station is right off the freeway. Had to stop for gas on the way to LA at 2:00am on Sunday. The guy working was a complete jerk!!!! Old guy with glasses!! I asked for a token for the bathroom and he acted like I was selling his first born, this was after I spent $65 on gas. He practically threw the token at me. So incredibly RUDE!!! The bathroom has no locks on the inside and anyone can walk in on you. I will never stop here again!! read more
