Connie who operates this location always remembers my order and she knows how to make it perfect! I always get the grasshopper. Today we got the coconut coffee, house milk tea and black sugar assam. We were all pleased with our drinks. You can order online, or in person at the counter using the kiosk or with the staff. If you join their membership you can gain rewards toward future purchases. Visit July 2026: Simple stop. Get drinks and go. I got an iced Vietnamese coffee. Strong and not too sweet, my preference. Daughter got a matcha latte. She wasn't too keen on it and felt it was too sweet despite asking for "less sweet" and she didn't think the matcha flavor came through. Can't comment too much on service as it was kiosk and then you wait for your name to get called. Clean place and several tables to just hang out which some college age kids were doing. read more

She also made sure my husband tried the Vietnamese coffee before he ordered it because it's sweet but it is SO GOOD. Officially our favorite boba stop in Valencia! This was our second trip to Teaspoon, and it's officially solidified its spot as our new go-to whenever we're in the area. I finally stepped out of my comfort zone and tried the Cookies & Cream Hojicha (with light boba). Since I can be a bit sensitive to caffeine, I was hesitant, but the curiosity won out because those Oreo bits looked too good to pass up. I learned it's a roasted, concentrated tea, think of it as the tea version of a Vietnamese coffee. The verdict? I'm OBSESSED! It gave me a nice little energy boost without any of the jitters. If you're a fan of deep, toasted flavors paired with a bit of crunch, this is the one. My husband went with the Strawberry Colada smoothie, which he loved. He said for some reason it reminded him of the strawberry shortcake ice cream from when he was a kid lol. Beyond the drinks, the service here is what really earns the five stars. The team is consistently kind and helpful; they greet you right away and genuinely care if you have questions. The barista even told me that if I didn't like my drink, they'd happily make me something else. That kind of confidence in their product is so rare and so impressive! I was craving some boba, let me rephrase that.. I was craving some matcha with boba. I got the matcha strawberry royale with boba and oat milk. It's $8 for the drink alone but it does have dairy in it, I opted for oat milk $1 more and it was $1 to add the boba, came out to $10 a little more on the pricer side. Wait time was quick, but then again I was the only one in there. The lady making the drinks did tell me to shake it before I put my straw in. I did like the texture of the boba and the matcha itself but I didn't like the strawberry (jam or purée) they used. It took away the flavor and made the texture weird. You can order via person or they have a large kiosk you can order from. I tried the silky mango and creamy jasmine. The silky mango was house mango puree infused with milk and honey boba. The boba was soft and squishy. This was like a smoothie like drink. It was good. The creamy jasmine was sweet jasmine tea infused with cream. It was good. I asked a question if I could do no ice with one my drinks due to wanting to save it for the next day & and the lady already had an attitude saying that no they can't do that because of the concentrate or whatever. like what do you mean you can put no ice in a drink lol (I would have been fine with the coffee not filled up all the way which is what most places do) and get assuming I don't know that the iced Vietnamese coffee is strong... like yes I know it's strong that's what I want lmfao. My friend makes Vietnamese coffee for her business & she doesn't have any issues with adding no ice to the damn drink. I arrived and let her know I placed a phone order and she helped me right away. I didn't get her name but she was extremely friendly and helpful. So we decided to get a couple of drinks on our way thru Santa Clarita and found a Teaspoon. We like the one in Porter Ranch so we stopped by. The staff was friendly and attentive and the decor inside was very modern. Lots of tables and seating inside. No seating outside. Very clean and bright inside. We ordered a Thai tea with Boba and a Brown Sugar Assam. Let me just start by saying the boba was very good, soft and chewy. The drinks however were not good. It had a weird plastic taste to it or the water they used was bad tap water. The Thai tea was not sweet or creamy at all and the brown sugar assam tasted a little burnt. We didn't drink much and tossed the rest. Maybe the batch was bad, but we always get good tasting ones from the Porter Ranch location. I hate giving bad reviews, but it was not good. Talk about CHOICE PARALYSIS! The menu looked so yummy and it took so long to decide what I wanted. When we walked in the server offered us a sample of liquid gold at 50% sweetness and wow was it good. The store has a light feel to it and the music isn't loud at all, which I personally loved. It is very easy to find parking as well. I got the taro and my sister got the strawberry matcha. We both really enjoyed it! Pretty decent boba place! We came on a Saturday evening and it was empty with the workers just talking with themselves. We had a hard time ordering because there was so much to choose from! I typically know what type of flavors that I like and I thoroughly enjoyed my caramel cream drink. Was sweet enough to curb my typical sweet tooth after dinner but not too overpoweringly sweet. My boyfriend however did not enjoy the dirty ube drink, it was a weird, bitter flavor and barely tasted of either ube or coffee, so it was a dissatisfying experience overall. At least one of us got a drink that we could both share! We couldn't be bothered to ask to remake or ask for another drink, so I'm not sure we'd come back here. read more

Our first experience with boba! The guy was extremely friendly and helpful with explaining the boba process, what boba even is, and the recommended options based on the two that sounded good to us. Their drinks are so sweet. I can make 3 drinks from the sugar concentrate they put in one. I asked the guy for no sugar and then when I asked him if I could buy lychee on the side he wouldn't let me buy it to adjust my sweetness. He said they didn't sell it on the side. This place is okay, nothing special. I got the taro lover. The boba seemed fresh. The taro flavor was very mild, but sweet. Taro chunks were bland which helped balance the sweetness of the drink. Happy that SCV got another quality boba shop! For the longest time, I veered away from boba places because I felt like it catered more towards teens and young adults. Many of the drinks tend to be overly sweet and syrupy. Teaspoon is all but that! They have a simple menu so one does not get overwhelmed. I love the fact that they ask you how sweet you want your drink. I love it because you can taste the natural ingredients and it is not masked with too much sugar. I ordered the dirty ube, half sweet. It was perfect for me because I can still taste the cold brew which is smooth and bold, yet taste the slight coconut and the earthy ube. It is one of the best ube cold brew lattes that I have had! Normally I drink my cold brew black but this drink was light and refreshing. And it gave me the jolt i need to drive home. They have a small area for cute merchandise from tumblers to keychains. Pastries are also available but for me, the drink is enough for me to enjoy. Interior is bright, modern, floral and sleek. It is small and there maybe four to five tables.
