There are not a ton of dedicated coffee shops in Watsonville, so I guess this is a good enough choice if you're looking for a speciality coffee shop! Enjoy!

A lemon bar, chocolate chip cookie, macaron, rice krispie, and Biscoff cheesecake. The only disappointment of the bunch was the rice krispie. Just wasn't what you want from a Rice Krispie. Overly chewy. Lemon bar just ok. No notes on the macron. It was fine. The chocolate chip cookie was phenomenal. Perfect cookie. The Biscoff cheesecake was dreamy. 10/10 would buy again. We didn't try any drinks or anything else on the menu, so can't speak to that. There aren't many boutique bakeries in Watsonville. You'll find primarily Hispanic bakeries that may not have the type of desserts you'll find at Craft Bakeshop. So if this is the type of bakery you're looking for, it's a good stop.

Topped with strawberry popping boba." After waiting about 20 minutes for my drink, I was informed they were out of green tea and was offered mango tea as a substitute. While I appreciated being given an alternative, the final drink was nothing like what was advertised. It did not include the strawberry popping boba, and there was nothing creamy about it. The drink tasted bland, watered down, and lacked flavor. I was so disappointed with the drink that I didn't even want to try the banana bread I purchased. After a few sips, the entire purchase went straight into the trash. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't come close to meeting expectations. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

It's definitely a must try if you like. Mildly sweet coffee with warm flavors. I always get one with a little bit of cream, but they offer it hot, iced or a cold brew version. The workers are all very friendly made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be coming here again on my morning walks.

Not a coffee drinker. Went in thinking I'd probably get tea. After a conversation with Mike, I was convinced I should try a coffee beverage, despite that I don't enjoy the effects of caffeine, the stomach discomfort, or the aftertaste of the tannins. The line of house made syrups is what pushed me over the edge; they looked too good to pass up. I was given a choice of two or four shots of espresso, both of which scared me. I chose the lesser of the two evils for my Mexican chocolate latte. Upon first taste, I was transported to a new world of coffee appreciation. The foam was the tastiest foam I've ever had, but then the coffee touched my tongue. It was velvety smooth, creamy, rich, not overly sweet, with that kick of cinnamon like a Red Hot candy. I enjoyed my beverage more quickly than I ever had, not wanting to stop tasting the luscious cacophony of flavors dancing on my tongue. Before I knew it, it was gone and I had a moment of wondering if ordering another would be jumping the gun. I waited a while, for the stomach cramps and the bitter coffe-mouth to come. They never did. The low acidity of the bean combined with the roasting and brewing processes, passionately explained to me by Mike, allows for less of those things which make coffee drinking unpleasant, leaving only the heavenly experience of silky, flavorful, perfect coffee. This place is coffee perfection. It's the apex of passion, knowledge, quality, and good service. It left a non-coffee drinker craving a coffee and gave me a whole new perspective on what quality coffee can be. read more

Please don't listen to some of the few low star reviews on Coffeeville's Yelp. This is by far the best cup of coffee you'll find in Watsonville, and it's not even close. Having grown up in Watsonville, I know that the city's options for espresso are limited to the franchise coffee company whose name shall not be spoken (rhymes with Scarducks) and maybe a few restaurants. No disrespect to any restaurant serving espresso -- but let's be honest, their specialty is food, not coffee! Coffeeville does an amazing job of extracting the espresso and steaming milk. It always results in some of the smoothest latte's I've ever had. If you've ever experienced a coffeeshop do a poor job at either of these, you know how much it can affect the taste of your coffee. I personally love how their menu encourages 2, 4 or 6 shots of espresso in a drink. As a caffeine fiend, I've opted for 4 or 6 more times than I'd like to admit. Fair warning though: only get 6 if you're really trying to party... They have a crazy amount of flavors to add to your coffee as well! The butterscotch and pumpkin spice are my personal favorites. Ask for a pumpkin spice caramel cold brew and have your life changed forever. Please please please do yourself a favor and give them a visit. The friendly and experienced staff, espresso, and diversity in the menu absolutely can't be beaten. read more

Witnessed a worker ask a customer if they were going to buy a coffee, then heard them being gossipy about them being on their computer. Pretty petty. How uncomfortable for that person. Someone just responded to my post. Well, I witnessed someone behind the counter ask a person on their computer if they were going to buy a coffee? And they could make it for them. The person looked very uncomfortable and was telling someone on the phone what had happened. My apologies if that's not what happened, but that's what it looked like. read more

I rarely take the time to leave a review on yelp, but this place was amazing!! The barista was so kind and just overall really friendly and helpful with menu questions (and played good music). I ordered a quad shot latte and it was perfect. I also ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon, it was so fresh, tasted completely homemade and had a good ratio of everything. And $7??? Unheard of in the county to find a burrito so cheap. Will definitely make this a regular stop from now on. read more

I received two packets of you beans; 1 Mexico, & 1 Costa Rica, from my son & his wife after a visit to US. I have only tried the Mexico bean & find they make a very pleasant coffee. It leaves me with a pleasant taste & no "tummy" feelings afterwards. I will post a review when I try the Costa Rica beans. read more
