Been washing here for years until the owner switch . Have you seen the front of the landormat being days with bins . The new owner "Keith" I washing animal feces which is unsanitary when you use the dryer or even the smell from washing those clothes is unbearable it leaves a stench. I was so upset that my clothes going in behind that I went to another place to dry . Please don't use this laundromat that is nasty. I will never come here again read more

Always open in a very safe area of town with delicious BBQ next door. They offer self-serve and drop off. The washers are always clean and the dryers quick and hot. I appreciate being able to do all my laundry at once. read more

This is about the only laundromat that's open at night or 24hours since Covid Hit, which i am super grateful for.. the washers need a bit of an update id say since they left my down filled quilt in the same condition as everything else I washed... which was "eh, somewhat cleaned and stain free & They did smell better too. read more

Willowbrook God Ole Days Laundromat!!! This is the first Laundromat I've experienced that has a convenience store inside. It is such a pleasure to see the staff and owner interact with the customers. It reminds me so much when there were the Mom and Pop stores. Here I am not just interacting with machines, I am also interacting with people. This is also the first laundry where I learned the difference between happiness and Joy... First the staff and owner always bring me joy. They bring me back to the Good Ole Days. For me happiness is what happens to you when you get money, things or relationships. Joy is in us and all that requires is the simple things in life. When I go to Willowbrook it's not about machines. It's about when Ms. B always make me feel so special. It's when Ms. K keeps it real. It's when I shared my walking out of Publix and had to go back and a Big smile came on Ms. S face because she did the same thing last week. It's about how Mr K. Always find ways to improve the laundry and allow his staff to interact with the customers. I have been there and witness him, the staff and customers have a Great laugh. When Mr K saw my hand in a sling, he immediately asked me what happened. We all have the ability to spread Joy and this place is a Great place to start. read more

When I first came here, she recommended the BBq restaurant next door while I wait on my clothes to be dried. I took her advice since it would take 40 minutes to dry my clothes. It only takes less than 15 minutes to wash your clothes. It costs about $3 to wash your clothes while it costs about $2 to dry your clothes. You can also buy detergent for only $1. Features: They also have WiFi here that is free and requires no password. They also have coke and snack vending machines while you wait on your clothes. Me and my mom came to this place in desperation for a laundry mat that folds and washes. We came in on a Monday and it was closed till Wednesday. The place was nasty looking. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in 20 years and the floors are caving in. This one here on Celanese in Rock Hill, SC. Sure it looks clean if you are used to a laundry mat in New York or somewhere up North where there are rats and roaches. If you want a clean, honest place to wash and fold your clothes and you want it to look clean and reasonably price and they are open most of the time unlike this place , send your clothes to Freeman's in Rock Hill, SC. I just went yesterday to wash a couple comforters. As with every other time I have been to this laundromat. It was clean. Staff is nice and helpful. And available to answer questions. Reasonably priced. Due to covid-19 they are limiting how many people can be in doors at a time and ask that you wait in your car or outside while your washer or dryer is running. They do have a nice selection of different sized washers to use. Dixie Pig nextdoor is also open for business. So you can grab a bite to eat while your laundry is being washed. read more

There is an employee in the coin laundry express, who can answer questions or help you. There are reserved parking spaces located in front of the quiet laundry. They are staffed, so it's not DIY. The staff was VERY helpful, and walked me through every step of the washing and drying process. Washing was 16-min. Drying was 32-min. I had the best experience at this laundry facility. After having the worst experience with my washer breaking and a flood in my house a few weeks ago. I went here with all my laundry plus the wet laundry from my broken washer (which is brand new). Anyhow it was during a snow storm, the staff held the door for me and gave me tips. The woman that worked in there that morning was as sweet as could be. It really made it so much easier on me. I have three small children and pets so I did a lot of laundry. Every machine worked, I did not have to rewash, or dry more. My clothes came out clean and smelling good. I didn't have any issues and only encountered the nicest people. Because it is taking so long to get my washer fixed, I'm off to do our family's laundry once again and I'm not even dreading it because I get it all done quickly and for a reasonable price.
