I have been going to this laundromat every week for months now and will be looking for a different…read morelaundromat to go to. I was driveing 25 minutes just to go to this specific laundromat because it felt safe and clean. But the last few times I have been here I have been disappointed. Firstly, the restroom doors are almost always locked. When I called the number to ask them to open the restroom they said they would be right over, when the man unlocked the door he said to use the chinese restaurant next door next time. So i assume the Chinese restaurant must be some sort of partners with these owners. If a business is open the restrooms should stay unlocked. Second, AVOID THEIR WASH DRY FOLD!! When I did my washing last week there was a completed wash cycle on one of the washing machines when I started my clothes. (The paper tickets were taped to the door and i have a picture.) They were still there untouched by the time I left after folding my clothes. I was there for FOUR HOURS. The clothes someone paid for to be cleaned my the staff sat wet in a washing machine for over four hours. Thirdly, my experience this week was so uncalled for it made my blood boil. After my clothes were done drying I fold my laundry there. The AC was going but it felt stuffy so I flipped on the fan switch to get the air circulating in the room. It also keeps my infant child entertained while folding clothes. After a minute or so it felt stuffy again and I noticed the fans were turned off. I first assumed it was probably out of habitat turning the switch off for the employee working there. I go back and flip it on again. The employee left her office speaking in another language on her phone to turn it off again. I said loud enough for her to hear me to the person I was chatting to, that lady just turned off the fans again. I watched her walk over, look at the thermostat, and turn off the fans. I walked back and turned those suckers back on right behind her. So what does she do? SHE TURNS THE AC OFF! Are you kidding me! I have a baby with me, it is 90 outside, it might have been 78 inside the store that has dryers running and you turn off the AC because your paying customers turned on the fans. I wasn't planning on posting this but I have tried calling the number several times to talk to the owners about my experiences but no one will pick up the phone.
