Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

Dropped off my polo shirts and was helped by a nice gentleman who quickly got my info entered into their computer system (sorry I did not catch your name!) He handed me my ticket and explained since I was dropping off on Friday afternoon, I could pick up on Monday afternoon. Easy peezy lemon squeezy. On Monday afternoon (today) I showed up, handed him my return ticket, he gave me my 8 polo shirts and it was awesome. The shirts look amazing and the collars look great! They're shaped like a brand new shirt right off the shelf at Macy's! In fact, I dropped off a new pair of khakis to them today, as well. They did such an amazing job and their prices are comparable and competitive with other cleaners in the area. I paid $35 for my 8 polo shirts including tax and since I've single handedly ruined so many polos by attempting to wash and press them myself - this was a bargain. lololololol. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Sunshine Dry Cleaning to my friends, family and fellow Yelp'ers! Highly recommended! Terriable place. Took 6 uniform shirts, 2 uniform pants, blazer, and tie to be cleaned. Got the…read moreshirts back: 4 of the 6 still have dirty collars, 3/6 still have dirt in other places, and ALL 6 have these nasty looking yellow stains on them that weren't there when I dropped them off. 1 of the pants have a new hole in them and both pants have crease marks down the front that are offset from the original ones. The tie is still dirty, but the blazer I guess smells nice again. I'm an airline pilot so I like to keep my uniform looking nice. But this rotation I'll be looking like a slob thanks to the quality control process of this dry cleaner.
