I've seen at-home dry cleaning kits, but that idea kind of confused me, so I took the old fashioned route at Rite Cleaners. At both drop off and pickup, the employees were super nice. Best of all, my pillow case smells and looks brand new. Though I try to avoid buying dry clean only clothing and items, I would not hesitate to return here for future needs.

The laundromat was very clean and the washers and dryers were great you can tell they were top of the line!! Ryan guaranteed the dryers were so good he would pay if I needed to add more money. People would donate their cards if they had any money left on them (Ryan informed me) and yes I needed a few extra cents and he gave me a donated card, instead of putting another dollar on my card. He even offered me a cold water, which came in handy because it was 109 degrees outside. The laundromat was air conditioned and he had fans also blowing to assure the laundromat felt comfortable and it did. His front doors to get in the place were good for handicap as well. This laundromat also offers wash and fold with pick up or delivery options. As I was waiting for my dryer a man came in questions about the wash and fold option because he had a large load, Ryan not only gave him larger carts to bring in his cloths but he went out side with him and assisted him to bring them inside. I could here them going over prices and Ryan rounding down on the price instead of up to accommodate the customer. I was very impressed and I might say I'm not easy to please. I totally recommend this laundromat!! It's worth it even if you have to go out of your way. And it is open from 4:30 am until 11pm Awesome job Ryan!! Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

Terriable place. Took 6 uniform shirts, 2 uniform pants, blazer, and tie to be cleaned. Got the…read moreshirts back: 4 of the 6 still have dirty collars, 3/6 still have dirt in other places, and ALL 6 have these nasty looking yellow stains on them that weren't there when I dropped them off. 1 of the pants have a new hole in them and both pants have crease marks down the front that are offset from the original ones. The tie is still dirty, but the blazer I guess smells nice again. I'm an airline pilot so I like to keep my uniform looking nice. But this rotation I'll be looking like a slob thanks to the quality control process of this dry cleaner. Costs me hundreds of dollars out of pocket for new uniform pants and shirts plus the cost of custom tailoring. Thanks Lake Pleasant Cleaners!
