First time coming to this place and never expected to have so many problems. I recommend not coming to this place, their card system does not work. I get one of their cards for the machines and I use it one time and the card stops working for all machines. I ended up asking another person if they have experienced this and they told me yes and that the cards are never guaranteed to work. I ended up talking to one of the workers and they asked me if I put the card next to a magnet. Like why on earth would I do that to begin with. Then she tells me to buy another card when I already paid 15 for the card to begin with. I just ended up leaving with my wet clothes cause I was definitely not trying to waste more money on this place. Not to mention you will have to pay 30 cents every time you add money to the card when you use debit. I just don't recommend going to this place if you're okay with wasting money on fees and getting new cards when they don't work. read more

Safeway there too, in case you forgot detergent. ok: price seemed kinda high, but I wasn't afraid of being stabbed, so it might be worth it. I brought a bunch of clothes, but at $60 and counting.... bad: no electrical plugs for laptops, not many seats or tables. Most people had to lean on the tables to get a break from standing. dont bring your kids as there is not much room and they would be bored without wifi or plugs. read more

Makes it easier, you can load it with cash or card. Multiple loaf options available in washers and dryers. I will definitely be returning to wash my comforter in a few weeks. I haven't been to a laundry mat in over 30 plus years. I need to wash 2 pillows. I placed 1 in each 30 pound washer. No one to help explain how everything works. Washers wouldn't spin because the wet pillows exceeded the 30 pounds. I had to pay $10. To wash them in the 100 pound washer. That one worked great. Then I needed to add more money. I (stupidly) used cash. It didn't load my card. So out another $10. Wow. They charge you for loading the card (that you can only use here) plus a $5.00 minimum. Plus!!!. All the notices are in Spanish. So if you can't read Spanish. You're out of luck. I've never spent $30. To wash 2 pillows before. Never again. Beware of this place. read more

As a full-time traveler I've been to laundromats around the entire U.S. I've seen some that are so good you're actually happy you did laundry, and some so horrendous you'd rather keep wearing your dirty underwear. This laundromat is somewhere in the middle. Sure, it's relatively clean and they have shiny nice new machines, but the big catch here is the whole "coinless" approach to laundry day. Yes, it sounds really convenient, especially if you're someone who doesn't carry cash except for laundry day. But you are paying through the nose for the convenience. For starters, the dryers are preset to 30 minutes for $1.09 (I'm waiting to find out if my stuff will actually dry in 30, I'm highly doubtful). Next, the prices higher than most places. And finally, you can only add a minimum of $5 at a time to your wash card. Yes, you can add money to your card by paying with cash, but ONLY WHOLE DOLLARS. The machines do not take coins. That means that if some of my things are not dry in 30 minutes and I need to keep them in just a bit longer, I can't put $1.09 on my card and I'm forced to put $2.00 in the machines. Can you say "Highway robbery"? Don't be fooled by the convenience factor, this is as much of a rip-off as any payday lender or rent-to-own furniture store. Drive the extra few minutes across town and pay with good old cash. I feel like a total idiot for coming here. read more

I've been coming to Coin Less for a couple years now. I'm able to get in, get out, and it's usually clean. Today I pulled my brights out of the machine, all covered with bleach spots. And all I get is that they are not responsible per a line on a sign, amidst a long list of don't dos. Find a place that cares...management here doesn't. read more

Great place to go if you want to pay to ruin your clothes and bedding. Most of the machines smelled so bad it all most knocked me over when I opened the door. Had that dirty wet dog bed smell. Machines are very hard on the clothes and bedding. For charging over $7 for their largest machine I would have expected better. Never again, after spending around $40 my clothes smelled worse than before washing them, yuck! I will now have to rewash everything! Save for a washer, this is a complete rip off!! read more

Excellent experience. Our washer and dryer is going to be delivered 2 weeks later than anticipated. I decided to come to Coinless and I was able to wash and dry all of my items in an hour. The coinless option was really easy and much more convenient than using dollars and coins. I would definitely come back until I get my washer and dryer delivered! read more

Not good for travelers. You have to buy a card to use (50 cents), and the machine only takes credit cards ($5.00 minimum) or dollar bills (no change given). So we put $8 on the card, an estimate since we didn't know how long it would take to dry our clothes. We used three washers, at $1.39 each, so we had a balance on the card of $3.33. Turns out we tried 3 times to start the dryer, and the machine took $1.09 each time, but it never started. Each time we inserted the card in the dryer, it read "insufficient funds" on the dryer - but when we looked up the "card activity" on the laundry card machine, it did, in fact, take the $1.09 each time but didn't start, until we truly had insufficient funds. We thought, OK, we need $1.06 more on the card in order to try one more time (in a different dryer?), but that's when we realized there was a $5 minimum to add money to the card. There was no attendant on site. We gave up, and took our wet clothes to a coin operated laundromat to dry them. No wifi, no magazines. read more

You can only use a card you have to pay for at the place you buy it!!!! So you either gave to BUY another card, or you have to drive back to another place. The staff do not tell you any of this. And they also tell you there is no getting your money back so sorry about your luck. I will never go back. I'm just sorry I'm out $6. That's a lot of money to me. read more
