It was almost spotlessly clean and in great shape. On the rare occasion I had to charge my phone, I could. Well this is no longer true. Not sure if it's to deter the homeless (they really began hanging out here because it was so great), make everyone want to leave ASAP or saving as much money as possible, but they haven't had AC this year while the place is slowly declining- and they are still the most expensive place around. What is also noticeable is how dirty it has become. Used to be super clean now it looks run down. The staff is nice, but nice does not make up for what has changed in the past year. Multiple machines non-op or designated for staff only. Fans that do very little to help with the constant heat. Price increases. Just to name a few. If I'm going to be hot, sweaty and miserable I can go elsewhere and save money in an environment more pleasant.

That being said, I came on a packed Sunday morning and quite a few of the machines were out of service, which made things difficult with the amount of people there. The space also feels pretty tight when it's this busy, and I didn't see anyone actively cleaning or keeping up with the facility despite the heavy traffic. One thing I did want to mention: one of the largest machines directly in front of the entrance had a very strong urine smell when I opened it. Obviously, I understand something like that could be completely outside of the laundromat's control and could have been caused by a customer, but I figured it was worth mentioning so management is aware and can hopefully have it checked and sanitized. I also understand Sunday morning is probably one of their busiest times, so I can give them some grace. If more of the machines were consistently working and there was a little more attention to cleaning during peak hours, this could easily be a 5-star spot. Despite those issues, I still had an overall decent experience and would definitely come back.

Trust me when I tell you, Frank will take care of you. As soon as called them, I was given Frank's cellphone number for a quote on my dress. He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. If you're not sure who to go with, go with him!! He also offers regular dry cleaning and tailoring. I lost some weight coming up to my wedding so I will definitely be bringing some of my pants over to him to get tailored.

The one thing i am most not satisfied in this place is its coin changer machine because it does not GIVE you the right change all the time. Like today i put in two, $10 bill and i got ONLY $9.75 each. I am not sure if they calibrate their machine to ensure customer like us get the right change. I dont want to believe that they are aware of this short change or probably it is a hidden processing fee for using the coin changer. All the customers do not count their coins. The place is spotless, all the machines are always so clean. If there's a problem with any machine there's a notice on it tagging it to let you know not to use it and the problem is usually taken care of before my next visit. There are so many machines in so many capacities, both washers and dryers. They also have machines for pets! The people I've spoken to that take care of the place are very nice and always happy to help you with any concerns. The price might be the main reason for the low amount of stars but personally, I think they definitely deserve no less than 4 stars at the least.
