The only thing about this laundromat that is modern is the vending machines. There was no ATM available on the premises so I had to go to the Northgate Market down the street. If you come here, make sure to have cash on hand before you arrive or else it'll be a hassle getting it.The vending machine overcharged on the items as well. An Arizona ended up costing $1.75 and a blue plastic bag ended up being $1.25. There was a sink towards the right corner in the back that you can use to wash your hands. However, I think they must have closed the valve for the hot water because nothing would flow out so you end up with cold water only. Overall, I think I would not come back and would look for another place to do laundry.

Like today i put in two, $10 bill and i got ONLY $9.75 each. I am not sure if they calibrate their machine to ensure customer like us get the right change. I dont want to believe that they are aware of this short change or probably it is a hidden processing fee for using the coin changer. All the customers do not count their coins. If there's a problem with any machine there's a notice on it tagging it to let you know not to use it and the problem is usually taken care of before my next visit. There are so many machines in so many capacities, both washers and dryers. They also have machines for pets! The people I've spoken to that take care of the place are very nice and always happy to help you with any concerns. The price might be the main reason for the low amount of stars but personally, I think they definitely deserve no less than 4 stars at the least.

I witnessed what I felt was the ugliest side of a human being. I wanted to test an electronic massager from a gentleman who comes to this laundromat regularly, but since the laundromat offers public power outlets, we simply wanted to plug it in and unplug it afterward. This woman would not allow it. She said she would call the police and the owner. The owner, when contacted by phone, seemed to agree with her. Because of the way we were treated, I will boycott this laundromat at all costs. We then went to the business next door, El Charrito Meat Market. They do not have public power outlets, but everyone there was very polite, helpful, and friendly. They even helped us find a different plug when the first one did not work. That is kindness without boundaries.

Please note, you need to use your laundry card for the restroom so you are technically paying to use their facilities. Our laundry came out fresh and clean, no wrinkles! I definitely recommend stopping by next door (7 eleven) for any laundry stuff you may have forgotten to bring for doing laundry.
