I came in with an idea of what I wanted and left with the perfect balayage and cut. Joann was extremely patient and really took her time in making sure everything was done with precision and in all honesty the service exceeded my expectations. I felt bad that I chose a rather complicated service at such a late time, but she assured me that it was ok and proceed to take the time necessary in giving me the cut and color I requested. Since I wanted to play up my natural texture, she added a bunch of fun layers without sacrificing too much length. She also gave me tips on how to style the center part bangs more efficiently, as I was used to cutting and styling my bangs straight across my forehead. Choosing to try a completely different haircut and style can be a bit scary, but Kat was awesome and made the process more comfortable.
