Do not go in there for a blowout. Overcharged and hair came out staticky and worse than what I walked in with. $40 for a blowout. Wanted to surprise my mom with a perm and they messed it up!! The owner of the salon, Rosa, did her hair and I trusted her since she's the owner and was told that she is the "best". My mom wanted nice loose curls and walked out with super tight curls. It looked like an Afro! My mom showed her a picture of the LOOSE curls she wanted and even asked to match her natural curls yet she still messed up. I'm not sure if she can't do hair or if she wasn't paying attention to her work because all they do in the salon is gossip. She doesn't take her time because shes running back and forth talking to the other workers about gossip. If you like gossip and have them messed up hair I recommend this place!! read more

Very disappointed. I called in for a wash/trim... they were very busy so they put me with someone who was clearly new. She cut off about 6 inches of my hair (after telling her I wanted to keep the length as much as possible and just wanted a trim) and gave me a completely new hair cut. Then kept saying "it's not that short" before I could even look at it. My hair feels so thin and short. I understand people need to learn, and get practice.... but I shouldn't be anyone's test dummy. You can sit and watch whoever's working the front desk ask every employee and witness their bitching and moaning. The best part about coming here is you get a quality haircut for an affordable price. I never felt like I ever had to pay an arm and a leg to get a nice haircut when I come here. Came here today and got my hair done by Erika, worst mistake I could've done! I wanted a balayage and told her "more brown than blonde but keep it golden" the blonde she originally did was very high up and too blonde for my liking so I asked her to add caramel toner to it, multiple times I used the terms Golden & Caramel... some how after the second toner my hair was purple, like a washed off wine stain. I was like "it's purple???" She said "I can fix it" I said "I don't want to keep adding more & more dyes can you just do it all brown" she did a very half-ass brown. She blow dried a small section of my hair so I can see it, walked me outside and asked if the color was ok & then took the smock off me and said "if you don't like my work that's fine I won't charge you" and left the remainder of my hair dripping wet. The hair stylist was too busy texting, talking on her phone and ultimately walked away to talk to her friend and left me unattended in the middle of my haircut. Since she thought her friend was more important than finishing my hair, I walked out with only 20% hair done while she was still talking to her frd. really unprofessional. They wasted my time. If you can't give 100% attention to your paying customer than don't bother. They gave me this surprised look on their faces like why I left with unfinished cut. Normally I recommend this place, have been for the past 20 years. But today Rosa totally butchered my son's hair. I recommend most other girls but from what I have seen Rosa needs to hang it up. I have seen her ruin a lot of haircuts lately. My son went and not sure why he was ok when they said Rosa could do it. He usually goes to Esmeralda, or Margaret, and other young ladies fresh out of school and they do a great job. He saw how bad it was, he just said shave it all off. And even then she left long strands here and there. Some dark areas of hair and some super short where she nicked his scalp. She gave him a part too... on shaved hair??? Just bad. So all in all I recommend this place just don't get it cut by the business owner bcs she is terrible. Anybody else is fine. read more

Well I have a 5 star review last time I came here for some subtle baby lights and a bob haircut, I came back and asked for a grayish balayage with my natural root intact. They gave me a a chocolate brown hair with orange tones and some white highlights... I arrived home, cried for hours and had to live my life with this hair for the last couple of weeks. I wanted this cute long pixie but what I got was nothing like the picture. I wanted long side bangs I got short front bangs. I look like Velma from Scooby-Doo... Worst experience EVER!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in for a haircut on Monday. I Had long outgrown lob hair, down to my lower back. I asked for a simple straight cut to have my hair same length all the way, no layers, no lob, just straight across. At the time the hair stylist finished my hair it looked fine. However, as soon as I felt my hair I noticed my hair was not even. This is how they left my hair.
