My review is a little late since I got my haircut in October but my hair has grown out so fast and amazingly! I went in with Jenny for a haircut with curtain bangs and layers. Since I'm very picky about who cuts my hair, I was recommended by my sister who goes to this salon. Jenny was very knowledgeable and I showed her a reference picture of what I wanted. So I went to retouch my balayage and I was beyond happy with how my hair came out. I requested Xiomara and she did an amazing job. She transformed my hair! It went from looking dull and brittle to looking shiny and alive! Parking: there is plenty of street parking and there's a parking lot in the back. Salon: the salon is relatively big and it looks very modern and chic. Price: Will vary depending on hair length. I've had my balayage done 3 times now. The first time I went to a different place and paid $400-500. The first time I retouched I went to the same place I got it done the first time and they charged me the same price! I thought it was ridiculous since it was a touch up. This time I paid between $200-300. To me this was more reasonable compared to the other place I went to. Staff: Xiomara and her colleagues treated me with the utmost respect and listened to my needs. They even offered me snacks and drinks. I told her I wanted to get caramel balayage and that's exactly what I got. They worked together to speed up the process and I was satisfied with the end result. read more

It was our first time here today, my daughter and I made an appointment, and had separate stylists assigned to us. We loved our haircuts. My daughter had Miriam and she got an asymmetrical bob cut that would have usually been tough for hairstylists. Many stylists have messed this type of cut before but Miriam produced the exact look that my daughter wanted and is now very happy showing off her new do! Eddy styled mine, and he was a fast, precision cutter, you can tell he's very experienced. I think my cut made me look younger if I may say so. Now we have a go-to salon in Azusa. I was a bit hesitant to even walk into this place simply because it looks a little sketch on the outside. I'm so glad I didn't let that deter me because I ended up walking out of there with an awesome haircut! My stylist was Miriam and she definitely hooked it up! She gave me a moderate amount of layers and took care of all the dead hair and split ends. She blow dried and styled my hair to perfection. I felt like a whole new me! She was super friendly and we had a great chat the whole time. She listened to everything I wanted and was very receptive. I will definitely be back in a few weeks to add some color to my hair. Went in to get my hair done yesterday. After 2 and half hours hair bleach I was left on the washing chair and was told that one of their employee went to the store to pickup a toner for me. Had to wait another hour laying on the washing chair with my hair wet which is extremely uncomfortable and didn't receive any apologies. Today I found out that my whole face around my hair line was badly irritated, then I realized he didn't put Vaseline( or what ever it is they supposed to put on my face around the hairline) before the hair-root bleach.
