Finding a new hair stylist for short hair can be a bit nerve wracking since every hair has to sit "just so" to make it look good. Finding it at Kut Haus Glendora was easy, matter of fact I know at least 2 Stylist that deserve recognition. Julian was open to new ideas and always delivered solid hair cuts that made me feel comfortable. Sophie on the other hand has that special little extra that makes me feel extra good looking with a little whisp here and a little ruffle over there. Inquired through yelp if they are familiar with a " soft wolf's cut" for my teenage son. I soon received some automated messages from ai agents stating " they would love to help me when can I come in?" - including one from Kut Haus Salon-Glendora (RED FLAG #1) Then I got a call from "Kathy" I believe I could be wrong but I asked about this cut and told her I can send her pictures of my son's hair now and of what he wants. She asked if there's anyone i was impressed with from the reviews that I would like to book I said know just as long this stylist is comfortable with this particular haircut I called her back to set the appointment for today 07/08 @11am she stated Desire will be our stylist As soon as we get there Desire is available and welcome my son and led him back to her chair and I can hear her ask him "ok so what are we doing today" wth?????? RED FLAG #2 I intervened and informed her of my conversation with "Kathy" and showed her the pics and immediately confirm what had told my son that his hair on the lower back of his head was not long enough and so the haircut wont look exactly like the picture but that she would do the "wolf's cut" no problem i asked very clearly if she felt the hat she couldn't do it to just let me know " no harm no foul" we would just leave and she said it wouldn't be a problem I left with my other two kids to get something to eat across the street and 45mins later my son called me to say that he was done I thought that was way to fast considering the helmet of hair he's had might have need it a lot more attention that 45mins So I finally walk over to him and when I seen him I immediately said to I don't see anything different from when he walked in! Same hairstyle same length the only difference was that it did look cleaner I asked her is this it can you at least style it or put product?? She responded that she had removed a lot of volume but his hair need to grow more to achieve that look Wth!!!! So what did I actually pay $60 for ? For her to clean it? What was the purpose of doing all this research and confirming with them before the cut that this was something they can actually do!? I'm in sales and avoid bringing people in just to make the sale if you're not going to give them what they want! Have morals and set real expectations. The only difference from when my son walked in and when we left was less volume and she comb it. I'm still asking my self where is the "wolf's cut" that I paid for!!???? Never got it! read more

Every time I leave KutHaus I am not disappointed. The last place I went to did not provide what I asked, in fact messed up my hair a bit. Yesterday I had an appointment with Krystal, and she DELIVERED! I have thick and lots of baby hair. Other stylists try to rush through my hair but Krystal's vibe is amazing. I came here years ago and then started doing my own hair because we were in a financial crunch. Recently my 22-year-old son has been asking to get his hair lightened from about a 7-8 with some 9 natural highlights to very light blonde. So we came here. My son has an intellectual disability. Allie treated him wonderfully, with respect and listening to what he wanted. She also gave him a gorgeous haircut and color. Albert was wonderful too. I cane here to get pampered as I wanted make up and hair done professionally for my maternity photoshoot. I wasn't hopeful at first since I needed my make up and hair to be done early, but im glad I reached out because Kut Haus was able to accommodate me! I spend $189 for gray to show up immediately!** When I dyed my hair with Jiselle, immediately my gray was showing on my hairline after they washed my hair from the dye and started drying my hair. Also, I remember I had an event coming up on the weekend. I tried to reschedule several times with the stylist @Jiselle via text but she did not seem to care to accommodate ME THE CUSTOMER with my schedule to correct my gray hair showing immediately. I had prom soon and my main stylist was unable to do updos so I had to find a someone who could quick. I found this Salon and it was really close to my house so I was like sweet. I cannot remember the man who did my hair but I remember he had glasses and a bun and he did my hair perfectly. It lasted for a good while and my hair was able to hold the curls longer than I expected since my hair can't really hold any curls. He gave me advice on how to style and protect my hair and was very nice.
