The equipment he uses is unique in that it allows him to actually see the rinse water coming up from the carpet. Greg kept steam cleaning until the rinse water in each section was clear. He spent the time that was required to clean my carpet and then to suction up as much water as possible from it. He even left fans with me overnight to aid in the drying process. That is not the level of customer service I expect from someone operating a business. I also disagree with several statements he made publicly. He claimed I didn't pay his full price, which was not my experience. Every time he serviced my apartment, I paid the amount he requested. He also implied that he had been servicing my apartment for years, when in reality he only serviced it two or three times, with each visit occurring roughly six months apart. In my opinion, that raises more concerns than the original issue itself. Jay did let us know about the different types of stains and how they interact with different surfaces to let us know what may or may not come out, I was expecting there may be some sticking around, but after about two and a half hours of him working on everything, the stains were all out! We did have a very nice conversation about how he started his business and his experiences with it and it really all boiled down to the fact that he wanted more flexibility to be a dad. That was really great, because too many kids don't have that relationship with their parents and being that I've worked in elementary schools for a few years, it's important to me that kids have that love and support.
