Fast forward to several appointments later, he still doesn't have a definitive diagnosis, and insurance has finally denied payment for the appointment. Instead of sending any single bill, they allow months to go by until someone calls my husband and tells him he needs to set up a payment plan or be sent to collections. He drives to both locations to pay. Only to start receiving calls from their collections company 3 days later. The office claims they did not send his account to collections, but the collections notice we received today states otherwise. They refuse to admit what they did, or call us back when we've tried to ask questions. Unless you're 100% sure your insurance will cover all of what you're having done- don't risk it.

The dental assistants front desk and back house and extremely knowledgeable. We went in for a consult and our insurance covered it. A week later we scheduled an appt for the procedure. She had 2 extractions on same day and paid for that procedure on the day of the extraction. Payment/procedure plans are given to you ahead of time after the consult. Dr. Wilk allowed me to sit in with my mom to translate for her and watch the procedure the whole time. His assistants are great and work together with superb confidence. The office looks renovated with newer equipment. It was very clean. The DA also asked if I wanted something to drink. I highly recommend Dr. Wilk for your oral surgery needs. Professional, speedy, and genuine! Not to mention, he has many certs and degrees on his walls. He's gone through a lot to become a great oral surgeon!

The staff is friendly and the office is immaculate. Any questions amd concerns were addressed. I wasn't nervous going into it all and the lady made me feel at ease. We chatted as she administered the laughing gas. It was my first time getting that as I started to feel evrything fade away. I was knocked out before I knew it and woken up at the end of it all. I felt pretty fine and was able to walk and talk through all the gauze. Nurse wheeled me out to my car and here I am recovering at home. The only problem I had was my PA for my procedure but they helped me as best as they could. The rest is up to insurance. I definitely recommend Dr. Wilk to anyone!
