The seemingly biracial black female and white female working on 4/19/26 around 5:30 pm made racial comments and anti-religious comments towards/about my husband and I (thinking I didn't hear them) and were very nasty and hostile! Oh, where to start... It's tiny, cramped, at least there was a bathroom. The employees were young and energetic. They could do a better job of explaining their up-charging. I ordered a "Like It" with the free add-in of Golden Oreo. I got... one Oreo. I asked for another on top. I got it... for $1.29 extra. And the one flavor of non-dairy they have is... just gross. I hadn't gone to a cold Stone creamery in years, so i was excited to have the chance and money to check them out. i was thoroughly disappointed. my friend and I walked in to order, and after asking for a minute to browse our options, we were automatically rushed. having to order on the spot not being familiar with their flavors or "signatures" I ordered quickly. after paying $10 for my ice cream i was excited to dig in. My first bite, i was met with the worst freezer burned blueberries i have EVER tasted in my life. these blueberries were UNEATABLE and all buried in the ice cream. The strawberries weren't much better, but at least my face wasn't like every time they infiltrated my mouth. I bought and paid for a medium bowl, when i picked up the waffle bowl in my medium cup i was shocked and horrified to see the waffle bowl didn't even make up 1/4 of the actual medium sized cup. In reality I paid $10 for five bites of less than mediocre ice-cream. this cold Stone will never see me again. read more

As a franchise developer, the ice cream is good. The problem with this location is the lack of training employees may be getting. On several occasions I have asked for to go and it's always messy always have to ask for a bag or utensils. Like honestly shouldn't you know if someone says to go how to properly prepare the ice cream and package it as well. It would be great if they didn't ruin their ice cream by over zealously working it on the stone. The put the toppings in and obliterate them into turn the entire thing into a soupy mess and then charge you ten dollars for ice cream soup with toppings that have all but disappeared. It's a mess. I came here because I had a living social voucher and since I had to pick something up at the ups store next door. The local is okay, with a few chairs and tables for those that want to eat in. If I could give negative stars I would. Awful experience PERIOD. I have never in my many years of living been to a place where the employees pay such little attention to a PAYING customer.. I went into the store with my lovely innocent children, just wanting to give them a tasty treat but we got something much much different. Two of the employees were flirting with each other the entire time, so much that they got my order wrong. They received no tip from me and a nasty yelp review. Rude workers. We were the only ones in the store, not busy, but guy working register seemed so inconvenienced because I used a few gift cards. He acted irritated and had attitude. When done, handed me the receipt and didn't say anything like "thank you". I just stood there waiting for something because he just shoved the receipt in my hand and walked away not saying a word. I was kind of shocked. I am a reason he has a job, isn't that part of being in customer service thanking the customer for doing business. Girl who made the to go gallon left ice cream dripping down the sides and shoved it in the bag on top of cupcakes I also purchased. Sticky ice cream everywhere and cupcakes smashed. Ice cream is good but beware.. When you order "BROWNIES" this location does a switch and bait and give you chocolate cake instead of the "brownie". Happened to me on several trips. Employees should be honest with the customer when ordering something they don't have in stock! read more
