Pumpkin

Pumpkin You can taste the pumpkin purée! Finally a place that uses real pumpkin not just pumpkin spice Excellent flavor, thick and creamy ice cream. The pumpkin purée with pumpkin spice was not over powering and the perfect amount of pumpkin. The milk fat in the ice cream has a natural noticeable mild sweetness to it with a buttery finish. Nicely done! #CynBitesThisFeedsMySoulStatus Location Ample parking. Port-a potty available should you need the loo. A few seats outside. Cash is preferred, credit accepted with a 3.5% fee added to your total.

This will always be our local spot for ice cream! Always a large variety of flavors, something new to try and ice cream is always flavorful.

Great place to stop on the way to or from Susquehanna State Park. Or just because! Google Maps directed me to the south side, but a printed sign directed me to enter from the west side. Loved the chocolate cherry almond ice cream in a cup. Went back on Saturday for pistachio ice cream in a cone; on Saturday, the serving hatch was open. I thought that the special flavors were interesting and look forward to more of them! Enjoyed the covered seating area. Also bought teriyaki beef jerky and took it home; it was great, peppery but not too spicy.

Adorable ice cream shop! The staff was so friendly and the property was beautiful. We had such a nice time sitting out on the pavilion with our treats. The best PEPPERMINT CHIP around. 10/10

I don't have particularly long review to write-just that this might be the best ice cream I've had. It's a small farm ice cream spot with a simple menu and some rules (eg. no pets outside of the car; eat ice cream outside etc). I ordered the cappuccino crunch (single cone) and the ice cream and waffle cone was excellent. So creamy, with a strong coffee flavor. My husband had a simple vanilla cone and he said it was the best he's had. They are open year round, so if you're on the MD ice cream trail or up in Aberdeen, you won't regret stopping by!

Delicious! So so so good. We had the pleasure of enjoying them at Boordy. It was a Mother's Day Brunch event. We had Cows Feet Ice Cream, Smoked Cheddar, and Old Bay cheese. It was all so good. Would love to come by the actual location one of these days! Was just in Aberdeen yesterday on the way back from Philly and totally forgot. (sad face)

We were in the area for a lacrosse tournament so decided to swing by. I guess quite a few other folks had the same idea so our wait was a bit long...but worth it. Keyes Creamery is a stop on the Maryland Ice Cream Trail. We had yet to visit this stop so it was even more of a reason to make our way over. Everything we ordered was delish. I kept it simple with a sundae with vanilla ice cream. They have a Sweet Old Bay (I believe was the name) flavor that seemed very popular as well. They also sell an assortment of cheeses and ice cream packaged by the pint. FYI...no dogs or restrooms are available but I am pretty sure that I saw a portable toilet on property. Also when you arrive to the area of the creamery, pay attention to the signage. The entrance may not be as it appears. One driveway that appears to lead to it, is actually private property. Worth the trip to get a trail stop stamped...or just to have some great ice cream!

I got the coffee Frappuccino milkshake. It was not good. Did not taste like coffee at all and was just super super sweet. I asked for just caramel not chocolate and they put both. I think it just wasn't made right but it was not worth $5.

It's good ice cream although I think it's a weak scoop in regard to the quantity you receive. Milkshakes are awesome. Staff is pleasant.

There is a full wine bar as soon as you walk in that is about as prominent as the cheese selection, and there is a clear passion for pairing these two. Sampling a few cheese and wine pairings, then grabbing a bottle and a quarter pound of our favorites with a freshly baked baguette on the side makes for a really lovely evening. It can definitely get busy, but service is always friendly. They also have a little import specialty shop in the back (yes, there's a back...it's around the corner!) where you can often find some foodie goodies. This is a low-key place that is a true staple. The food is very reasonably priced, the DELICIOUS paninis (not pictured) are a must as well as a cheese board to start off the night. I would definitely try a new combination of flavors because they were all phenomenal, definitely get the old bay Asiago though! Both times I have been I have bought my favorite items in their store which is a great feature and so satisfying to supplement my boring weekly groceries!

Everyone working there was so helpful, and they gave us some amazing recommendations! We even got a sample of a salumi that knocked our socks off. They have a great selection for such a small shop, but you can tell whomever is in charge of the products puts a lot of care and consideration into their choices. The charcuterie selection in the deli was exceptional, and the pantry products were varied and in some cases featured hard-to-find products. We also tried their mini-baguette sandwiches, and they did not disappoint! For only 3 buck a pop, they provided a perfect snack-sized comestible that kept us going on our errands. The decor was nice, with a "little shop in the French countryside" kind of vibe. Nothing too over the top, and nothing too boring. It was classic, but reserved, in a good way that evokes a relaxed feeling. I just wish we had known about this place sooner! So many wasted days not shopping here... But, now we know! I hope to make this a regular stop going forward; good gourmet stores can be hard to find!
