Negative stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous experience. My original DoorDash order never arrived, so DoorDash issued a replacement order after I instructed them to conduct a welfare check on the driver that had no movement for 45 mins. Instead of simply remaking it, the store refused and canceled the replacement altogether. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told, "we don't remake it until we're paid." That's not the customer's problem. If DoorDash already approved the replacement, why am I being punished for an issue completely out of my control? Ice cream was on par with what cold stone sells - pretty creamy texture, decadent, nice mouth-feel. Service at this particular store was busy and took about 15 minutes to get my order in. The kid wanted the blue cotton candy which did not taste too artificial even though I knew it actually is. The dark chocolate is rich and sweet but not overly so. It is two huge scoops of ice cream which makes you think it is worth it. However service could be vastly improved upon as it was slow and when your turn to order, rushed. read more

I came in for ice cream today and the line was extremely long out the door. I understand it's a 101° day so everyone wanted ice cream. There was one individual working. This young lady's name was Kanina. She worked so hard taking everyone's order. She never complained. She was making ice cream and doing the transaction at the end. It is so deeply disturbing knowing a manager or owner left this poor girl to work this shift completely on her own. We order cookie cakes & pick them up - always taste great! Sometimes there's way more ice-cream than cake and other times it's more balanced. Probably depends on who is making it. But they are worth the cost! We buy the large round usually and it goes back in the freezer after we have a piece. Really easy to eat over the course of a week or 2. Service is always good. I ordered the special minion ice cream, although, in a shocking turn of events, they failed to put it in the proper mega minion cup, despite having several on display for my eyes to see. I personally would not recommend this place. The service is falsely advertised, as I did not get the cup and there is less sprinkles than in the picture. 1/5 would not dine again. Today I was turned away at 9:11 pm and was told there were closed. I politely left the store. As I was leaving 2 other customers walked in and I repeated what I was told which was they were closed. As I got into my car I noticed the two customers did not come out . So I walked back into coldstone and they were being served. At this point I requested to speak with the manager and by my surprise I was already speaking with manager. I asked for her name and she stated I could file a complaint. Despite coming in maybe 30 minutes before closing, and ordering 4 different flavored pints, the workers there all helped me get in and out in just over 10 minutes. they were all very kind, and the icecream tasted great as always. the one complaint i do have is one of the male coworkers there that had long brown curly hair and a beard made direct eye contact with me and hit his vape two different times. i understand needing a smoke break or whatever but you shouldn't do that directly infront of the customers. he was also trying to clean up in the space where his other coworkers were still trying to make icecream for me and the other customers there. the three other workers were very kind and competent though and i am please with my experience and my ice cream! read more

Walked in at 9:04PM, thinking they closed at 10PM. The girls behind the counter informed us that the store was already closed and that they couldn't serve us, which was fine. But, just as we got into our car, two people walked in to the store. As we drove away, we saw that they were being served - just after we were told they would no longer serve us.
