First time comer & I will be there many more times. Delicious, beautiful, yummy Wonderful service big warm smiles, I also got a high five I will be returning

Stopped by to grab a coffee. I got a vanilla, caramel latte. I asked for it to be sweet but it definitely wasn't. I ended up tossing the whole thing but I also got an everything bagel with cream cheese and that was really good. It was toasted well & i was surprised that they put the cream cheese on it beforehand. I was also surprised to see that they had a lot of products from Blakes in there. I love Blakes. I'll keep that in mind next time I want cider and don't wanna drive to Armada. I would come back to try one of the sandwiches.

Honestly loved I couldn't ask for anything more. Amazing coffee and unique bakery items which were to die for. Also, great bagel sandwiches! (which are honestly hard to find nowadays). The inside was so pretty I wish I took a picture. The guy who was working was super nice and quick and seemed to have good relationships with all the customers.

    Strawberry lemonade cupcake

Service was slow, communication with the young woman at the counter was challenging and she never cracked a smile. The cupcake I bought is the worst I've ever had. Strawberry lemonade flavor, tastes like strawberry Nestle Quick. Ridiculously sweet. Could not eat more than one bite. Should not be allowed to be a bakery.

I like the space, it's really inviting inside. I had a bake house basic with an everything bagel, turkey, cheddar and the scallion cream cheese....It was underwhelming. I enjoyed my latte, and the cheesecake I got to go was ok. It was lemon flavored, and a bit over priced.

Such delicious cupcakes! I came here last minute in search of a birthday pastry and there were so many baked goods to choose from. The service was kind and the place was extremely clean.

The apple smashing began eleven years later. The huge building you enter today was constructed in 1894 when the business focused primarily on cider production. So many changes over the years...yet many things remain intact. Was Harry Yates responsible for starting the tradition of donuts and cider back in the 1930's? Today These days you'll be able to buy Frankenmuth Fudge, Zak & Mac's chocolates and Posey's hot dogs and snacks, all at Yates. They've also added a small petting farm. The list of Yates products has expanded well beyond just donuts. Today, we bought a 1/2 peck of our favourite apples, the honeycrisp, as well as Aged Bourbon syrup, applesauce, pickles, hard candy for the grandkids and even a cool sweatshirt. Cider prep Somewhere along the line they changed their processing to UV light treating which pretty much obliterates the mother at the bottom of the jug and has a definite effect on the overall taste. So to confirm our suspicions we bought a half gallon (with donuts, of course). We were right. Nature trails? There are three immediate trails ranging from 1 to 1-1/2 mile loops We spent an hour on their Railroad Trail a.k.a. The Yates Trail. A mile long walking loop. With plenty of colour. Nothing like a walk with nature. Parking has always been a challenge. There is an overflow across the road. Mostly it's just a matter of patience. Pro Tip: Try to come on a weekday morning. Weekends in the fall are filled with families. The staff was hurried but cordial, as usual. We've always found long lines here. So that's to be expected. The bees were down significantly this year so it was a highly successful day! 10/25

At least their hours are accurately reported (unlike many of the local shoppes). From a drive-thru perspective, these guys were terrific. They still had chili for us, the donuts we wanted and a great cup of coffee. The outside of the store is well kept. The location is super convenient. 08/21 BACKGROUND: If you're new to the world of Tim Horton's, Tim's is currently Canada's largest "quick service restaurant chain". The bake shops are Canadian in origin but can be found in about a dozen states in the Eastern/Midwestern U.S. They are also represented in a few foreign countries such as Ireland, The Philippines, Qatar and even China. Yes, they are best known for coffee and donuts but offer quite a bit more. A small selection of breakfast/lunch sandwiches, soups, paninis and wraps. Baked goods include donuts, cookies, muffins and Timbits, their signature bite sized donut holes. STEVEN E. weighs in: It's a matter of apples and oranges with me. Visit a Tim's and you'll understand it's a totally different animal than a krispy creme or a duncan donuts. I review TH locations by comparing them to other TH locations and TH standards. 08/21

I was asking a valid question, no need to immediately jump on the defense, just answer the question. I thought water was free so I called corporate to ask about this policy and ask why a massive corporation like them feels the need to nickel and dime customers for a cup of water. I can understand paying 10 to 20 cents for the cup, but almost a dollar? Corporate confirmed my suspicion and informed me that the restaurants should NOT be charging for cold water. They are allowed to charge if it was hot water, it was not. So not only was the manager wrong, but she was rude to me about it too. Not returning to this or maybe any other Tim's locations if this is how they treat their customers. I also didn't appreciate how she immediately blamed the employees and spoke negatively about them to a customer, implying that they have done something wrong (when they haven't) especially since SHE is the one who is incorrect. I apologize to the kind employees I have met who have to work with this lady, you all are very nice. This potential manager is the first bad employee I have interacted with here. Edited to add: A male manager called and doubled down on everything and said the rude employee was in the right and they have been charging for water for 2 years. Unsure where the disconnect is between the franchises and corporate as I am getting different information from both. That seals the deal, I'm done with Tims. Good to know you think it's okay for the employees to be rude to customers as well.

We were seated immediately and it was so empty because it was 4, before dinner rush. It was very quiet inside which was nice. Our server was super awesome. I asked for another bread when she brought out refills. The new one wasn't as tough but it was still hard. I let my husband eat it and he ate some of it but agreed it was tougher than usual. He ordered calamari and ate all of it. He said it is super delicious. The fettucine alfredo we ordered came out. It tasted so amazing.
