The server of the restaurant we were in said to head over to the General Store and they'd take care of me. So off I went. The store is crowded with interesting trinkets but I didn't have time to look as he wanted ice cream too and was waiting. So I headed for the counter and was confronted with so many flavor choices that my head spun. I started with his as he wanted chocolate in a cone. Then I chose the kitchen sink and something else for mine. I forget as I was overwhelmed with carrying the humongous cones and the sweet coated almonds and peppermint stick I wanted. I couldn't lick the spillage because I had my mask on so the ice cream was dripping. And I had to ask for help with paying as my hands were full. Needless to say everyone had a good laugh including myself as they helped me open the door to get out as I apologized for dripping everywhere. He was shocked how large the cones were and said he wouldn't be able to finish it so I was looking forward to having some chocolate ice cream as well.
