I informed the two employees, but they handed me a pre-made order and insisted it had no blueberries. After checking in my car, I found that it did contain blueberries. I returned inside, politely showed them the customer's message, and asked for a remake. One employee reacted very rudely, but another remade the order without issue. Later, when I called to speak with a manager, the same employee who remade the order hung up on me. I went back on May 18th after filing a harassment report against that employee (who also works at Chili's and has been pointing and laughing at me with other staff). I asked to speak directly with the GM, and while I was calmly explaining the situation, a police officer arrived and issued a trespass notice. No explanation was given when I asked for details on how I supposedly made anyone uncomfortable. As a result, I've now been blocked from accepting orders at this location, which directly affects my income in a small market where every delivery matters. I've attached a screenshot of the customer's request. This is an example of totally unprofessional and retaliatory behavior.

Booked a Train Ride in February for my B-Day in April and called them prior to confirm. Inquired about food and thy said yes they have food Happy Endings Caboose which was also promoted in whatever ticket you purchased. Arrived for my B-Day and severely disappointed as I arrived 2hrs early drove down from Denver 2.5hr drive just to have a Breakfast Birthday and Train Ride to find out no Happy Endings Caboose is closed during weekday even though the listing says open to find out no they are not open and was never told also no mention on the Website. Why couldn't anybody say anything to the Customers that purchased tickets expecting maybe a bite to eat or drink before the train ride and want to experience the Restaurant instead no Breakfast/Brunch in Cañon City have to drive out of the City 30min away. Definitely a disappointing way to start my b-day thanks Royal Gorge wish you told me the Restaurant is closed because then I would have done something different instead of going to a gas station for a bag of chips and cancelling my trip. I'll go somewhere else that I can enjoy my B-Day and Breakfast/Brunch. Thanks a lot for ruining my B-Day I just wanted a simple relaxing day to myself to enjoy a nice breakfast and train ride before going to work tomorrow but nope you have made it suck again thanks a lot for nothing but a waste of time. Now they told me they are not refunding my money so I lost out not only the money but the pleasant experience on my B-Day worst day ever. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND ROYAL GORGE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND DISAPPOINTED

The server of the restaurant we were in said to head over to the General Store and they'd take care of me. So off I went. The store is crowded with interesting trinkets but I didn't have time to look as he wanted ice cream too and was waiting. So I headed for the counter and was confronted with so many flavor choices that my head spun. I started with his as he wanted chocolate in a cone. Then I chose the kitchen sink and something else for mine. I forget as I was overwhelmed with carrying the humongous cones and the sweet coated almonds and peppermint stick I wanted. I couldn't lick the spillage because I had my mask on so the ice cream was dripping. And I had to ask for help with paying as my hands were full. Needless to say everyone had a good laugh including myself as they helped me open the door to get out as I apologized for dripping everywhere. He was shocked how large the cones were and said he wouldn't be able to finish it so I was looking forward to having some chocolate ice cream as well. The waffle cones were a little hard to chew but I ate some anyways. And the ice cream was rich, flavorful and cold. I never got a taste of the chocolate as he ate it all! Sad panda. Definitely recommend. Just bring your appetite and a friend to carry the ice cream with you if you get more than one.

The wooden rocking chairs and bench tables. Plus you can't forget the giant wooden wheel. The staff was helpful in helping me decide as there was so many homemade flavors I had a hard time deciding. They explained a short backstory about the products, which is they are all made in house. I went with the 2 scoop Huckleberry and butter pecan. The sundae is huge. They really know how to make a sundae. Strawberry topping, whipped cream, sprinkles, nuts, and the cherry on top. I went with my standby of butter pecan, but I'm now wanting to try some other flavors. Cons: There really is no cons. There can't be with a friendly welcoming atmosphere. So no cons. Recommended?
