Great place in Central Casper to have a custom cup or cone of ice cream. They are clean and very friendly. They also carry take out quarts, cakes and have a Rocky Mountain chocolate factory inventory. Locally owned and operated, a perfect place to create a ice cream masterpiece. read more

This is the absolute worst cold stone I've ever been to. I made an online order at 7:06 & my order was not ready until 7:55. I stood there for 30 minutes while I watched the entire line get served & the staff was well aware I was waiting. I don't even live in Casper but every single time I've been here the service is complete trash. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Worst Ice cream I've ever had. Found a long hair in my ice cream and it made me puke. The costumer service was absolutely awful and all the workers were unkind. Only one of the 4 workers had there hair up. No one was wearing gloves and the gril making my ice cream smashed the banana into my ice cream with her thumb. Please do not go here unless you want food poisoning. read more

I appreciate that Coldstone is actual ice cream, vs the powder that other franchises use. It is always delicious. The last time I was there, I miscounted my money and shortchanged them $0.20. The young lady at the cash register simply put her own money in the till. Once I realized what I did, I corrected it. But, she was gracious and low key about the shortage. read more

I ordered a birthday cake. It looked nice on the outside except they forgot the topping which was supposed to be peanut butter cups. Also it was supposed to have coffee ice cream with peanut butter, Oreos, and almonds mixed in. It tasted only like peanut butter (like they added way too much), there was no coffee ice cream flavor at all! I couldn't taste any Oreos either. Thankfully there were almonds. You would think they could get my cake right for $30. I wont be going back to this Cold Stone any time soon! read more
