Ice cream was good, service sucked ass. Came in at 8:40 20 mins before closing. Had a short light brown hair with a witchy face take my order and slammed me the ice cream when she was done making it. Also was being rude while I ordered never had a smile on her face looked like she wanted to kill me. Like any other Cold Stone. A little overpriced, plenty of flavors and mix ins. Service is alright and the tiny seating area is usually disheveled. It's always PACKED with people, mostly teens and families. We don't come here very often, but it's usually for an ice cream pie these days. It's just a crumbly pie crust filled with ice cream and frosting, but it's worth shelling out over a cheaper version from a grocery store. read more

If you've never been to one of these establishments, you might be a little overwhelmed by the selection. Also the sizes of the cups are not labeled small medium large. They have their own naming system. As far as the ice cream is concerned they do have variety of selections but I didn't find it any tastier than any other place. What stands out in my mind the most are the prices! The four of us cost is $25! So be prepared to empty the pocketbook or billfold unless you're sharing or going in alone! They do have tables and a sofa and chairs to sit in if you choose to eat there. read more

Went in for my boyfriends birthday. He just asked for chocolate ice cream with cookie dough pieces in it. The girl helping us misunderstood and started mixing up chocolate ice cream and cookie dough flavored ice cream. When we tried to correct her she just said "yeah it's cookie dough and chocolate" and copped a little attitude. Still didn't add any cookie dough pieces in. This place has only one sorbet which is raspberry and i don't like the favor. They only have one favor of sorbet and i feel that they should have more than one sorbet for people with food allergies and vegans. So many people are starting to become vegans because they want to be healthy and for people with food allergies like me need some more options for sorbet favors then one.
