I was in the mood for ice cream and I knew that Cold Stone was the place to stop at and I am glad that I did! This location was busy but the line was moving! The employees were kind and working hard! They have some tables you can sit at inside and the bathroom was clean!

I am disappointed not because of the taste or long wait. They don't wear gloves and as I was ordering the staff yawned in her arm then covered her mouth with her hand. I requested that she wash her hands and she had an issue with it. She said something to the man on the store not sure if he was a manager. She said she didn't get it. She did wash her hands but I had to indicate that it was a sanitary thing for me. You would think after coming back from covid that the idea of hand washing wouldn't be an issue for people especially those serving food. Being that they aren't required to wear hairnets or gloves, it didn't seem like an odd request since she covered her mouth with her hand after her elbow area. This is the only location here from what I know and I love going. Just disappointed that she felt the need to go to the supervisor about my request to wash her hands. She was so concerned that she didn't get my order correct but I just went with it. Parking: some street and a lot right across the street. You have to look for it as it is tucked away. Ice cream is always delicious and I get the same thing every time. Will I be back, I am sure I will. Maybe while traveling at other locations. Maybe this one.

Food? Yes. Because chocolate is a bean so you must come and eat your veggies like a good person should. The service was fast and they patiently helped us navigate the menu of decadent ice cream indulgences. The ambiance is nice inside and there is outdoor seating overlooking the river. This is a great place to come and celebrate the young graduates in your life.

Ducked into this Cold Stone when a giant rainstorm surprised us. One of the front doors kept blowing open in the storm, ushering in rain, wind, and a slippery floor. The tables were filthy, and none of the staff seemed to really care about being there. The location of this ice cream shop is pretty amazing, and I'm sure on a sunny, busy afternoon the line wraps out the door, but I wouldn't come back - just way too expensive for what we got, and the young staff just didn't seem to care about upkeep of the space.

    Same size ice cream, sure.

If I could give it one star I would. Look at the difference in size they said they were the same didn't even try to correct the problem.

Closed sign on the door, "no ice cream today". How can that be possible when the doors are still open on a Saturday? Confused.

Dirty store and stale cones disappointed an otherwise good experience. I would find another option for ice cream in Chattanooga.

It took 50 minutes to get our kids ice cream from unfriendly employees in a dirty seating area. Won't come here again.

Terrible service, terrible overpriced ice cream. Rude employees. Much better places in Chattanooga than this one. Try Ben and Jerry's

I like ice cream, but I don't love it, EXCEPT when it comes from Scoop Around. The first time I…read morewent it was because I was on a walk with my boyfriend and his mom and they wanted to go. I wasn't even expecting to get anything. When I walked in though, I tried a spoon of the key lime flavor they had at the time. I expected it to taste like key-lime-flavored-ice-cream but it tasted like a scoop full of key lime PIE The texture even felt like pie because there were delicious hunks of graham crust inside. I was converted. BUT, even more importantly, this shop is run by passionate people. The second time we went in was weeks or even a little over a month later and they remembered us. They gave us a pup cup for my boyfriend's dog while he waited outside with him and they were so helpful and patient with me and his mom. We were indecisive and might have been hard to communicate with because we struggled through our decision making process in Spanglish. She was trying in both languages to explain to me what she wanted but my help wasn't needed at all because the people at Scoop got the gist of what flavor she was craving (rum and raisin) and did their best to come up with something adjacent. She loved it! I so appreciate the kind people at Scoop. "Son muy atentos" y "bien nice."

We tried 3-4 samples and they were all so good. We ended up splitting a couple scoops - double chocolate something and one with graham crackers. Such a great, creamy consistency. There were tons of sundae, milkshake and specialty cone options, but the ice cream along was so good. The folks working there were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Milk & Honey absolutely lived up to the hype. We went for breakfast, and despite the fact that they…read moredon't take reservations, we didn't have to wait at all which already felt like a small miracle. Our server Katie was fantastic. Since it was our first visit and everything on the menu spoke to us, she helped steer us in the right direction. I ended up ordering the pistachio croissant, and honestly... I'd go back for that alone. It was warm, huge by croissant standards, and absolutely heavenly. I even grabbed another one to take home because Future Me deserved a little happiness too. We also tried the raspberry lemon danish, which was a delicious combo, but the pistachio croissant stole the show without breaking a sweat. We started with the poutine, and while it wasn't the traditional version I've had before, it was incredible. Instead of cheese curds blocks, it came with pulled pork and melted cheese, and somehow it just worked. Comfort food with a little Southern flair. For breakfast, we had the ham and cheese omelet with breakfast potatoes. It was exactly what you want it to be--classic, satisfying, and impossible to regret if that's your usual order. I also tried the Liquid Gold juice. Their juice selection is impressive, but I may have accidentally found my forever order on the first try. It was so refreshing, with just a hint of ginger. For a hot drink, I highly recommend the London fog. I'm not usually a tea fan but if you don't want coffee, this is an excellent option. Before we left, we picked up some of their salted caramels to go, and they make the perfect little gift... assuming you have enough self-control not to eat them all in the car. The vibe here is upscale southern diner. One of the signs on the wall said, "All are welcome, but you need to act right," and honestly, that's the kind of life advice we could all use. I also really appreciated that parking was free. In Chattanooga these days it's hard finding a place where you don't have to scan a QR code, download an app, and pay to park just to eat. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Milk & Honey is absolutely worth a visit...and if you're debating the pistachio croissant, stop debating and just order it. Your only regret will be not getting a second one.

We spent some time outside before being seated, but the food and service made it worth it. I stayed in my carrier throughout the meal and was able to join my humans indoors. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and never made us feel out of place. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive even though the restaurant was busy. Now for the most important part of this review. While enjoying brunch, I witnessed something I never expected to see: a baby goat riding around the restaurant in a pet stroller. At that moment, I realized Chattanooga may be one of the most pet-friendly places I've ever visited. Between the great food, kind staff, and unforgettable people-watching opportunities, Milk & Honey ended up being one of our favorite brunch stops of the trip. Dogba's verdict: Excellent brunch, friendly service, comfortable carrier dining, and unexpected goat encounters. Five paws !
