THE BEST Eggnog Lattes anywhere! I've only tried the Eggnog Lattes here, but they and the service couldn't be any better! I am a HUGE Eggnog Lattes fan. Starbucks used to be the only ones who served it, but over the last 4-5 years they've been jerks about it... And after tasting Drip Kitchen and Coffee, Starbucks Eggnog Lattes (when ever they've decided to have them available) are subpar. I love the outdoor fire pit at Drip too! I don't live very near them, but when I visit Hixson, they will definitely be on my must stop list! read more

I don't know how I am just getting to visit Drip Kitchen and Coffee. Apparently, I'm quite late to this place. The evidence is in the long line at the drive-in window and almost every seat full in this multi-use interior space. Large windows and a variety of seating appeal to a lot of patrons working or at leisure with their favorite beverages, pastries and sundry delights. There is even an outdoor space ready for you to enjoy. I kept it simple with hot chocolate and a cookie. Delicious! It's right on the way to Chester Frost Park so there's that too. Most excellent Frappuccino! Actually, two times the flavor of Starbucks. Got the mocha Frappuccino, and the flavor was very rich and coffee. With just the right amount of chocolate. Hit or miss on the ginormous straw. read more

Great addition to the Hixson area!! The inside is a great mix of Starbucks and Panera with the seating and aesthetic, but just better. Definitely an atmosphere where you'd want to hang area and do some work while enjoying your coffee. The outside has a great little fire pit area as well. The service was good, the cashier was friendly and the wait wasn't too long for our food. My only complaint would be the lack of chicken salad on my croissant, especially when compared to my husband's turkey sandwich which was stacked fully. The loaded potato salad is delicious, highly recommend. read more

The online ordering is not functioning properly as it says items are included with your order that aren't. The small order of the açaí bowl is $7.49 but it's comically small and not at all worth the price. The southwest breakfast burrito was alright but a little plain without dipping in the salsa. The staff was not the friendliest while explaining how the online ordering system is wrong. I can't decide if I'll return. read more

Had a sandwich plate from drip kitchen and found it to be very tasteful. It came with a side of macaroni salad and a kosher dill pickle. Drive-through was quick and the dessert i.e. a cinnamon roll was delicious. A little bit pricey, but worth the extra money. read more

For me it's a great place to get a bite of something good and interesting. All the food I have tried has been very good. Now they do need some major help on service. Drive thru is just too slow. it seems like a more efficient way of getting orders together and out the window should definitely be looked into. But I'm glad Drip is in Hixson. read more

Inconsistent. I went one time and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on sourdough and got 2 whole slices of toasted sourdough. I went today and ordered 2 of the same thing, so my husband could try it. I got 2 halves of a soggy mess of a sandwich. I paid $14 for 1 whole sourdough breakfast sandwich that was too greasy to eat. I will try again, but I'll be very specific with my order. Toast the sourdough, don't put it on the grill...and give me the whole thing, not half a sandwich. read more

This place is such a gem! There aren't a lot of fresh & locally owned breakfast/ smoothie/ coffee places that hit the mark like this one does. I went for the 2nd time today & got a wrap, peanut butter cup smoothie & a cold brew with hazelnut & salted caramel cold foam & then decided to try the cinnamon roll also. I can confidently say it was all 10/10. I'm excited to add this place to my list of fav breakfast spots. You won't regret trying it! read more

Staff here is extremely friendly, and my coffee is consistently great. I've found that a lot of the local spots here are inconsistent in their quality, but my coffee from here always taste the same and is always good. Their prices are moderate compared to other places, I've never felt as if I over payed for my drink. read more

Yep, I'm a local. I love a good local owner/operated coffee shop. Drip is localish. It's store #3 originating from a tiny town just north of metro-Chattanooga. Close enough! The kids working the counter are very nice. The coffee is good. I like black drip or Americano. They refilled me a couple time which was nice. Outside seating is a perk and it seems to have several pops for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They carry a cinnamon roll from another of my all time local favorites, Bread and Butter. The grilled cheese could have used less butter and more grilled, but the sour dough was great. I will say they haven't figured out that the ambient temp should be set for sedentary customers not busy staff. The utensils are plastic which I think is a bummer and the music skews a little mainstream. I mean a few alt folk nods to match the green plush couches in the front. Am I right? All in all a great little local coffee shop in the burbs. read more
