Baby, it's cold outside! The ice is on the ground, and over their is a pile of snow. Yep and we're eating ice cream! On the day after it snowed, snowed, and snowed. You heard that right! I'm screaming ice cream with the temps in the 30s outside. This is with the sun high in the sky. Brrrr, it's brisk! Standing in a line six feet apart waiting my turn for ice cream. The individuals whom are in front of me want to get excited. Jump for joy! It's ice cream time! When in search of ice cream, my handy Yelp app delivered. Lots of choices, but nothing like the original crowd pleaser. Cold stone is a chain that I trust. Being from near and far; all in between cold stone creamery has my business any time. It's a dependable company with great consistency of their product. From state to state they are all uniformed in a certain way to know, yep that's Cold Stone. The Christmas cheer can be caught here. All over the place was jolly and full of flavors. Christmas come and intends to stay here till next year then. The cashier spoke that same greeting, "hello all, welcome." We stood and smiled as we nodded to her. After staring at the menu, so many choices that can be made into my ice cream fantasies. Finally, deciding to go with a berry strawberry blast. It all starts with strawberry ice cream, which is cut and cut again with a mix of berries. The berries used were strawberry and blueberry. Those strawberries were frozen, and had added sugar, the blueberries were fresh. Mixing and cutting. The ice cream takes a trip and picks up strawberries and fresh blueberries along the way. The employee makes some fun chit chat as she moves like a pro. The ice cream concoction all mixed now in a bowl that is topped with extra berries all over the top. To celebrate, let's add some merry cheer with sprinkles. Dazzled now! It's all ready to eat. Yum!! Stone Cold is a company that has the customers in mind, the lobby is closed for added protection currently. Masks are required for service, this rule is enforced. The circles on the floor help to remind us visually, "what six feet looks like." The store is super clean. The merrymaking is happening behind the counter with colors of the season all over the store. The tree is trimmed, and I'm sure that Santa will drop by, they have all been good in here. The accept cash, credit, and Apple Pay. The employees have great vibes with excellent customer service skills. The cheeriness from the employees keeps the cold outside, love in their hearts, and attitudes that are genuine plus positive too! In most small corners of our world, an ice cream shop is near by. The Cold Stone name conveys community and happiness. The employees are the beacon that passes this message. Many many ways exist to discover some new flavor in what ever way your trying to get your ice cream happy. It's on to discover new adventures with so many blessings and pages ahead to be written. Come in today and let the kind staff make your favorite treat.

Nice location and great service !! I ordered milkshakes and ice creams. They were amazing.

    Mango pineapple smoothie

First timer here and personally think the pricing was a bit too high for some ice cream. Felt like the cookie dough should've had some bit and pieces in there of dough or cookie one of the two and it was very soft and melting instantly I wouldn't have served that to a customer. I used to work at an ice cream place and we weren't allowed to serve soft ice cream. The smoothie was okay had no flavor tbh I couldn't take the mango or pineapple tasted like beer to be honest but my cousin enjoyed his bowl so I guess they do have good stuff in here.

Here is my beef with Cold Stones. The ice cream taste amazing and all the add-ins are fantastic. It is the mixing all the stuff together that it becomes too runny and it is almost soup by the time it gets to you. And then you have to hurry and eat it before it becomes a victim to the AZ heat. Maybe it the kept the initial ice cream a little more chilled, it would not turn to soup so fast.

There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the outdoor area is especially impressive. They have what looked like a private dining space inside a barn-style shed, several gas fire pits, and even a slightly elevated platform that looked perfect for live music. Ordering is simple -- you place both food and drink orders at the counter, then they bring everything out to your table. Even though the place was busy, the food came out fast and piping hot. The food itself was outstanding. I ordered the chicken and biscuits and my wife got the chilaquiles. Both portions were huge. The chicken and biscuits were exactly what I was hoping for: smothered in rich country gravy with a perfectly fried flattened chicken breast that was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The buttermilk biscuit was golden, flaky, buttery, and had the perfect balance of soft interior and crisp edges. I honestly got full halfway through my plate and never even got a chance to try the wife's chilaquiles. The drip coffee was excellent too -- simple, hot, and exactly what good breakfast coffee should be. There's street parking along with a small parking lot across the street. Easily one of the best breakfast spots we've been to.

It was the…read moreday after NAU graduation (Saturday), and we were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of outdoor seating (probably a little result of too much celebrating the night prior). We had placed our orders inside and were sent away with a number on a stand for our table. The gal that waited on us was very patient and uber-friendly taking our orders - luckily there was no one behind us and she took the time to answer all of our questions. I feel like we'd only been seated just a hot second when the food arrived! Fabulous service - quick and friendly and always with a smile. Hubby and I each got a cup of fresh brewed coffee that did not disappoint! Not too weak, not too strong... brewed to perfection! My husband ordered the chicken and biscuit and I the chilaquiles Christmas style. Lord have mercy both of these dishes were the bomb! Not only plenty of food but super tasty - I had my chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and they also came with about 1/2 a freshly sliced avocado. Nice, tangy flavor and sprinkled with just the right amount of cotija cheese! Shared with the table and still had leftovers (and I'm not mad about it). Husband's dish was perfection - the perfect biscuit combo - fluffy, chewy and crunchy in all the right places, and the gravy not overly seasoned or salty. Chicken was a breaded/fried (possibly baked) and cooked/seasoned just right. Inner meat was tender and moist and outside of course was crunchy - batter was well seasoned and breast didn't seem greasy at all. I worked in a mom-and-pop coffee shop decades ago - everything was homemade and fresh and the coffee 2 die 4. This establishment brought me back to those times in regard to coffee/food quality and hospitality! Will 100p be returning when next we're in town!

My boyfriend ordered the hot London Fog and really enjoyed it. I can't remember the exact name of my drink - something like Orange Dream - but it was delicious as well. You can actually taste the tea, and it doesn't taste artificial at all. Super good. There's plenty of seating inside, which makes it a great place to hang out. The only downside is parking - finding a spot in Flagstaff can be tricky, and most of the parking in the area is paid. That said, it wasn't too busy when we went around 8am. Definitely recommend!

Also no (they do have tea lattes) Hot chocolate? Technically yes... but even that comes with Earl Grey tea inside. These folks are deeply, passionately committed to one thing: dried leaves steeped in hot water. And honestly, they do it well. If you're a tea lover, this place is your Disneyland. The selection is impressive, the vibe is relaxed, and the people behind the counter clearly care about what they're doing. There's a real enthusiasm here for the craft of tea, and that kind of passion is always fun to see. That said, my one issue was a pretty important one on a cold Flagstaff day... My tea showed up lukewarm. Now normally I'm a pretty forgiving person... but when it's 40 degrees outside and tea is the entire business model, this feels like a pretty big detail. When tea is the whole menu, temperature isn't a detail... it's the headliner. I like the concept. I respect the passion. It's just a bit limiting for my taste, and the execution missed slightly on the most important note. Three stars. A cool idea... that just needed to be a little hotter.
