The service was great. She was so friendly and sweet. Shop was very cute. However, the raspberry linzer cookies unfortunately were pretty dry and so scant on raspberry filling that I ended up throwing them away. No one would eat them. I bought several cream cheese brownies, and one mint brownie which I believe were six dollars each, for my college aged, brownie loving 4 adult children. Their complaints were that the mint tasted absolutely zero of mint, but was just green, and just didn't care for the cream cheese brownies. I ended up eating the cream cheese off of the top of one, and again throwing the rest away. I think the fact that the brownies were just really moist and fudgy, but without the crispy edges and flaky top of a brownie, were the issues. Service great, food mehhh. read more

Fist let's start with the smell, when you walk in the door you're enveloped in the most delicious smells of the beautiful variety of pastries. From croissant, flake pastries to macaroons to seasonal holiday cookies and cake, it feels like they have it all. Even gluten free and allergy friendly items! Everything they make is delicious and I've tried a good variety. They do wonderful specialty cakes and even do custom decorations on cake's they already have and have a few on hand for last minute needs. Great staff- wonderful attitudes and so friendly. Stumbled upon this little bakery in downtown flagstaff . I ordered an iced latte with pump of pumpkin. It was okay. Not great but not horrible. I did enjoy the pecan sandie powered sugar cookie the best. Nice and crunchy! Hubby said lemon bar was average. read more

We were looking for a place to have a morning pastry and this spot showed up on Yelp. On a Tuesday morning in Old Town Flagstaff most places are closed so the choices were limited. The location is right on the in town plaza. The place looks shabby on the outside and shabbier still on the inside. We bought a chocolate croissant and an Almond blueberry scone. Both were excellent. The croissant was flaky and well baked, although my partner was disappointed with the amount of chocolate within. The scone was a melt-in-your-mouth delight. This delightful little downtown bakery has an assortment of treats and sweets. The interior has a fun and playful pallet of colors and theme. This is carried outside on to the patio with chairs and tables in various colors, complimenting the fresh flowers. Loved this cute bakery! So many wonderful desserts to choose from! It was hard to decide but I had the Oreo cheesecake and it was soooooo good! I also tried the coconut macaroon which was very good. My husband had the blueberry coffee cake which was also very good. The interior of the bakery is so cute and chic. They also have coffee and lattes as well as gelato. My husband and I came in to get a coffee and a pastry and we were the only ones in here. We paid for our order we got our pastries. A group of 12 people came in and the girl at the counter started helping all of them instead of making my coffee. I had to sit there and wait until everyone was taken care of.Another girl came out and made my coffee and was extremely rude. This bakery is awesome! We stopped in while exploring Flagstaff. There was only one person working, and the people in front of us took about 10 minutes with the 1 worker since they ordered drinks. We weren't in a hurry and enjoyed browsing the dessert cases. We decided to share a huge homemade oatmeal creme pie and a chocolate peanut butter cookie. The oatmeal creme pie was SO hard on the outside. It was super hard to bite into, but once you got to the middle of the cookie it was softer. The flavors were amazing. Your employee "Carigan" clearly gave you the wrong date and information. I placed the order at 8am on Saturday April 27th for the cake to be ready by 3pm on Friday May 3rd. So, I do not know where you got 4 days from. Not to mention your sign says you need 48 to 72 hour days prior to the date that you need your order! When I arrived on the day of my wedding your employee gave me a dirty look. This is not proper customer service that you are responding with defense on the matter. I would not complain and leave a bad review if I did not have good reason. The cake did NOT have peaches nor peach flavor and I will attach a photo. Cookie tastes like Keebler from the dollar store, dried out and crumbly, seems like it was a week old. Didn't enjoy it at all.

The pastries looked tasty but I wouldn't know because I couldn't get waited on. Not only did I walk out but the couple before me did too. No one came out to even greet customers. I guess they think yelling something inaudible from the kitchen is a greeting because that's the excuse I got. They were on the phone with another customer. The selection looked wonderful so I got 4 things: lemon bar, strawberry-raspberry bar, macaroon covered in chocolate on the bottom & cheesecake bar. Every one was super delicious! I'm hard pressed to decide my favorite but with the chocolate, maybe the macaroon. The young woman helping me was great -- very nice! I work close by and stop in here a couple times a month. The prices are really good and they even have day old baked goods for half off if you don't mind it being a little old. I'm very shocked to read in a previous review that someone said they paid $11.50 for one brownie. Sounds very fishy to me. I paid $6 for a day old blueberry danish AND a fresh ham/cheese croissant. I've come out of here with multiple fresh baked goods and paid less than $12, so I find that price one brownie in the review very hard to believe. Some of my favorites are the lemon squares, 7 layer bar, ham/cheese croissant and the canollis. The staff has always been friendly to me and they're new location is nice and spacious. read more

Very disappointing. I picked up a $23 pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving dinner. I didn't look at the pie inside the box until I got home. We were like "What on earth?! For $23 you'd expect something bigger." It was disappointingly small. I said, "For $23 that better be the best pumpkin pie I ever ate." When it came time for dessert after a very nice Thanksgiving meal it got even more disappointing. The crust was so hard I had to put some muscle into cutting a slice. When I lifted the first slice away there was only half an inch of pumpkin pie filling and the pastry was not cooked all the way. Pic below. My visit to Mozelle's was not a welcoming one too. The girl who helped me did not greet me or smile. It was straight-faced "What can I get you?" No thank you or have a nice day. Quite unpleasant. I feel as though I was cheated out of my favorite holiday pie. I knew I should have stayed with The Pie Guys pie which is the best pies ever. Lesson learned. read more

We ordered an 8" birthday cake that was disliked by everyone it was served to. The vanilla cake was very dense and the chocolate buttercream frosting and filling were overly sweet. None of the 10 people it was served to ate the entire slice and no one wanted to take the rest of the cake home. It was thrown out. $48 down the tubes. I called to tell them and all they could say was that's what everyone else got. There was no attempt to make up for this whatsoever in any way and even their apology was insincere.
