Basically - bait and switch but I ordered anyway because I wanted the cookies for a gift. PayPal paid the full price asked and placed my order. 2 weeks. Nothing. My money was gone and no cookies. When I finally tracked this person down - she insulted me by saying I didn't know how to use the internet and she didn't have any orders for me. Funny - after promising her I'd be at her front door for my refund - I received a full refund from her. No apology. No remorse for screwing up twice!! Incredibly rude!! I went in to Crumbl cookies today. Their cookies were on display at the counter but there was no…read morename nor a description with them. There is a large screen in front of the counter that used to show the cookies available with names. It has been dark the last few times I have been in there. There was a worker standing with me who probably could have told me but instead she directed me to the order screen and said I had to begin an order for their variety pack. So I did and slowly and painstakingly match the half inch image of each cookie with the one in the display case and then chose the two I wanted. The worker never cracked a smile and I'm sure was annoyed that I was bothering her at all rather than just handling everything from the screen. Even though once my order included two boxes and a container of topping, I had to ask for a bag and they had to track one down. I bagged my own stuff while she held the bag open. There was no smile and no interaction except to explain how I could find the names of the cookies on the screen. There is a kind of self-important vibe in there that is not good and it makes me not want to come back. Bosa Donuts is just a few steps away, has great donuts, is less than half the price and they are not rude.
