We ordered a Halloween cake for my daughter's 18th birthday and it was to die for! Not only did it look awesome but it also tasted fresh, moist and delicious! We don't order many bakery cakes but typically make our own at home because we are real cake snobs and want a moist, fresh cake. This cake did not disappoint!!! We will definitely order from Vicki again at our next opportunity!! Highly recommend! I would also like to add the communication was excellent!!!

I researched local bakeries in Flagstaff, AZ for a special cake to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday, and when I came upon Honeycomb Pastries LLC's website I was thrilled with the pictures of a cactus themed cake and cupcakes. That was exactly what I was looking for, and when I submitted an online request Vicky responded in less than two hours with details on placing a custom order. My entire order experience was phenomenal, and the 6" cake and 54 cupcakes were amazing. My dad and all of the guests at the party were so impressed with how beautiful and expertly crafted the cakes were, they almost didn't want to eat them. However, they did, and everyone expressed that the taste was just as outstanding. I highly recommend Honeycomb Pastries, especially for an epic event.

They are the best! We came in from out of state and wanted to surprise my wife for her bday and emailed a bunch with the bakery to plan it out. They were so helpful and patient as I picked out my dozen cupcakes that they made on short order. They mixed and matched cake and frosting choices and made the surprise perfect. She had no clue and gave her bday to take the kids to a North Pole experience so something nice for her was all I wanted. Victoria did an AMAZING job with our custom birthday cake! I was desperate to find someone to do a very specific cake that I had in mind for my friend's birthday but the timing was awkward so most bakeries were closed post holidays. Vicky made 20 dozen cookies/brownies/cheesecake bars for my wedding this past weekend and they were amazing! I skipped the wedding cake tradition for our wedding but wanted desserts that stood out just as much as a cake would and they definitely did. The desserts were delicious and the delivery/setup at our venue went so smoothly. Her communication and professionalism leading up to the event was consistent and comforting. I would use her for an event again without thinking twice about it. Highly recommend! read more

Established in 2020.

Honeycomb Pastries was originally created out of a necessity to move forward in a rapidly changing world. So much about the future and security was unknown, so I created it to take matters into my own hands and try to bring some joy into a time when there is so much uncertainty. The name Honeycomb Pastries came from the thought of cutting into a fresh croissant. When you look at all the layers you see little air pockets that we in the pastry world like to call the honeycomb of the pastry. I loved the idea of connecting a simple pastry term and something sweet to create Honeycomb Pastries. I have now shifted into my home cottage kitchen (Registration Number CF-115570) and am focusing more on custom cakes and orders :)

The wedding cake Vicky made us was truly incredible!! I have a lot of allergies but wanted to get to enjoy a yummy wedding cake instead of an alternative so she made us a gluten free, egg free, cane sugar free cake and it was to die for! The lemon and vanilla flavors came through just the right amount and there was no funky after taste or texture. Not only did the cake taste amazing, it was absolutely gorgeous!! She didn't bat an eye at the allergen request and was soooo friendly from start to finish. We are still enjoying little frozen bites of our leftover cake...I recommend Vicky and Honeycomb Pastries to anyone who wants an all around lovely experience and mouth watering cake. 10/10 can't wait for an excuse to order another cake! read more

I have used Vicky/Honeycomb Pastries for multiple occasions from birthdays to wedding showers, family reunions and memorial services and have always been so impressed with her creativity, design, and ultimately taste of her baked goods. I have gotten cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, blondies, banana bread, you name it. My personal favorite are always her cakes and cupcakes because they are always so beautifully decorated.
