I got an iced coconut latte - the barista let me know they were out of ice (it was 3pm and they close at 4pm so fair enough). He was still able to make it chilled and I got more coffee in my drink so honestly I call that a win. If you view the cameras you will notice that they focused their attention on two customers that they apparently knew.
